A very minor hiccup with scheduling was taken care of to our complete satisfaction. The install of the floor finish went smoothly - not as noisy as we expected from the grinding of the cement floor, and pretty much dust-free. My neighbour seems really happy with their service however that is not why I chose to write this review. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and never have a had a team be so incredibly courteous. No matter who you are talking to they are friendly and accommodating. All the neighbours have been talking and this feeling is universal. Just a small example, they are working in our driveway and have fencing around the whole. Our door is down the driveway and I asked that when they are done for the day they make sure to push the fence away from our house so that my wife can get the stroller down the driveway even if no one is there to help. They were totally understanding and every single day since the fencing has been pushed back. The organizational culture of service is truly incredible. Kudos to everyone there.
