There's always something good to eat and new friends to make. You don't need a team to partake. Just show up and any team needing another member will gladly let you join for the night. Its a very friendly place. Great pro shop/gunsmith on premises. Only a short drive from Downtown Baton Rouge. Its a membership club but you can shoot for a small fee if you are not a member. Open Monday thru Sunday $15/person with NO time limit on shooting session... Wednesday is only $12/person...again NO time limit... The gun range is "no frills" with 7 indoor lanes with each lane having a mechanical target system that lets you run your target out to 25 yards...they sell various targets to include hostage targets for $1 apiece...Really liked the hostage targets because they are formatted such that if you're shooting at 7 yards it is equivalent to a real life scenario at 25 yards...Really helps you focus on accuracy and shot placement... The staff was helpful, welcoming and polite and they had a wide variety of weapons for rent from suppressed pistols to those "scary" black semi-auto rifles... The son and his girlfriend had a great time and we put in excess of 200 rounds down range and I found this location to be great! I'll definitely be back...

They only have about 8-10 lanes and no steel targets but you can mag dump and do whatever as long as you're safe. Because let's be honest: every other gun store in the world has cases full of the latest plastic-fantastics, but where else can you go in and reliably expect to find a Springfield Trapdoor or top-break Smith & Wesson or WW2-era 1911? There's a very good chance that Ford's has them all, and a lot more.
