I found out that there were 2 locations through this so if you're trying to get a session here, select the Kerr Street location. I had to wait for an email confirmation before my pedicure time slot was approved. The one thing I couldn't do online was book multiple appointments for the same time. I was originally hoping to come with a friend. The lot that is next to the building is actually for the orthodontist so you'll have to park along the street in front of the salon. I didn't realize this at first so I had to move my car. I also don't carry change with me but the receptionist was kind of enough to give me a few quarters to feed the meter. I was the first appointment in the morning at 10am and they had everything set up and ready for me. They did have a lot of colours to choose from and it was impressive that they knew the names of the colours too! The massage chair was really nice. I've never been to a place with one where even the seat where your butt goes inflates and stuff. My technician was awesome. She took her time with the polish application and made sure to clean up any areas that were messy. My feet felt great after this and looked even better. The prices were really reasonable so I will definitely be back in the future.

You have to realize how ridiculous this is! I would pay a couple dollars more to get my entire bikini done- but I would be wasting my money paying for a bumkini that I wouldn't take advantage of the whole service! Also, I can get a bikini done at other fancy spa's for $25, so what incentive do I have for coming back? I brought a friend as well and if this is the way you continue ripping off your clients then we won't be coming back. From…read morethe looks of the other reviews, a lot others seem to share the same issue with their quality of work. Got a bio gel with shellac refill done and my nails were paper thin. Within a week I had 5 broken and lifting nails. They clearly made them thin so they had to use less product to save on costs which is a red flag (I didn't ask for this). Called to speak to the manager, was only able to speak to front desk as the manager never spoke to me directly even though reception said she would. Basically told me that because one week had passed (my nails had been done 1 week and 3 days ago, and 2 of those days I couldn't call because they were closed Sunday and holiday Monday) they only honor fixing nails for one week and after that CANT do anything because they "recommend" you get your nails redone every 2 weeks anyways. My nails don't even have growth yet.. why would I need a new set after a week and 3 days? The only resolution to their poor nail application/service was for me to come in and get a fully new set of nails and they would charge me the price of a fill. But they would not repair my nails or offer anything else. If you want your nails done properly, salons who stand by their work, and actual customer service, go elsewhere. Very poor business practice, customer retention and customer service in a time where nail salons are so saturated.
