On our way home to S.C. we were hungry for breakfast and found this place on yelp. Oh my goodness! The homemade cinnamon raisin toast was the absolute best! The potatoes were nicely seasoned and the loaded hash browns, so good..His omelette was a little cold.. Other than that, everything was perfect. Portions are plenty, affordable prices and the coffee was fresh and hit the spot. Our server was Aspen, she took great care of us and she was rockin that whole floor, keepin up with all the tables that were fillin up. The ladies restroom was clean and well maintained. Great local place for breakfast on our last day in Missouri visiting family. We had a party of 12 and they pulled tables together so fast and we're able to sit us quicker than any other place I've been in ages and they were packed! Parking lot is small and fills up quick. Great prices. We fed our family of five for $35. Food was good, bacon crispy. Amazing biscuits and gravy. Our server was awesome and we never had an empty drink. read more

Got there around noon today and the place was fully packed. Was able to get a table for two quickly but food did not come for 35 minutes. Food was okay at best. Service was excellent. Probably would not return, but have definitely chosen worse places from lunch! read more

Since the ownership change it has really gone downhill. I had the loaded biscuits and gravy and received lukewarm gravy (allegedly sausage gravy but had no sausage in it) w maybe one eggs and some potatoes. Told waitress but she didn't seem concerned. Not what it used to be. I had a lunch the other day that was good and a good price but will not eat breakfast here again that's for sure. read more

This place was referred to me by a family friend. We were going through town and decided to stop by after reading the yelp reviews. I had the French dip and my husband had the grilled chicken. It was all delicious. We were there at 2pm on a Thursday and the place stayed steadily busy the entire time. My husband said the dinner roll was awesome. Wish we lived closer! read more

Such a yummy place to stop on a road trip! They serve breakfast all day so we tried the breakfast burrito & pancakes (which were amazing!!). We also got the lunch specials - fried catfish (incredible) & chicken & dumplings (so good). Also had the green beans & grilled chicken salad. Everything was fantastic & fast & the staff was helpful. Also incredible value - special comes with 3 sides & homemade roll. We also tried the chocolate pie which was also homemade. Highly recommend!! read more

Stopped by today prior to an appointment for breakfast and glad I did. We both ordered our individual breakfast plate and wow it was plenty. Not only was the food delicious but the service. was good. I am from out of town and wanted to support this local business instead of getting some fast food. I wanted to still get the food take out though, but maybe that was my mistake . I got the pork roast and catfish meals , mashed potatoes, fries, salad and coleslaw. The portions are SUPER small. Look at the coleslaw in the picture , it was in that tiny container and they couldn't even fill it all the way, it was filled about half way. The pork roast seemed like it had been heated up for days because of how white and colorless the meat was. The catfish was soggy , mushy, and you could just tell it was frozen and definitely old. I was told by the manager that my food was soggy from sitting in the box , but what she didn't know is that I was staying literally 3 minutes away. The food seems old and definitely not cooked with the hometown love I was hoping for. The pictures say enough themselves. I paid $19 and some change for this . I ended up getting a refund because they happened to be near me (thankfully). I hope they serve their food better when you dine in , but I can only imagine the disappointment of calling in an order and receiving this. read more

The Food wasn't worth the long wait. It tasted bland and cold. I had biscuits and gravy how hard is that. It took over an hour to get it.

A nice local off the main drag diner. Prices are great. Place is popular with the locals. Got there about 4:45 on a Friday and got the last open table. People after us had to wait. Got the Friday catfish special for $8. The catfish was really good and came with 3 sides. Lots of food for the price. Wife got the loaded chicken and enjoyed it. read more

They had amazing food when they were on the square. Went in at new location for the first time on Wednesday November 9th 2022. Having been a cook and waitress I have high standards they need to meet. As always the food is so delicious and good you never want to go. The waitress we had I think her name was Jas, was what you want your server to be. She checked on us about every 5 minutes which is the right way to do that, your there if they need anything but your not hovering and asking every minute if everything is okay. I left her a good tip because she deserved it. Ozark Cafe is a great place to eat and visit with friends. I recommend everything on the menu it's that great. read more
