They ordered a new one but after getting the car home, realized there was an oil leak. Took it in the next day for them to replace the hose and made them aware of the leak. They ordered a new plug and washer (though my father paid for it) and replaced that the next day. The leak slowed but my car is still leaking oil. I called them to let them know and see what needs to be done next and they told me that I cant prove it wasnt leaking before they changed my oil, that there is nothing else they can do, and told me to take it to a dealer at my expense. If I am left to pay for a problem they caused to my car, I will be contacting a lawyer, the BBB, and the federal trade commission.

I stated once the girl in the front office was very sweet. That must be a 1 time only thing because after that it's very rude. The owner said him and his wife looked at this vehicle. Didn't make it to the next oil change before the transmission went out. $8K later, I'm back on the road. 2 weeks later, took it back for an oil change and they told me my transmission was leaking fluid and I needed a new transmission. Imagine their surprise when I told them they replaced the transmission 2 weeks prior. Now, my AC isn't working bc they forgot to reattach all the AC hose clips and the freon leaked out. I don't know what kind of chop shop scam this place has going on, but I wouldn't take your vehicle here if you like it driving at it's best.
