Just wanted to share my experience with these guys in Harrison AR and have to say i would highly recommend them which is something i don't usually do. I dealt with Mike and he is a very kind and patient man for dealing with my crappy auto insurance company. Despite my insurance giving him the run around he still fixed my vehicle and had amazing customer service to boot. There was a small issue with the repair that was a 5 minute fix and was really no big deal. The work was really good as well as the time table given. I would recommend Duncan Auto Body to anyone. I only gave Dunkin Auto Body one star because, They did not have my rental waiting for me as promised, so he had a young lady drive me over to pick up the only one they had left and it was all scratched up and dented, so to have witnesses that they were already on there, and I didn t do them, I stopped by and had them look at the rental, You could tell they did not like me doing that, when I went back to pick up my new car that was bought brand new only 7 months ago, it had a deep scratch and a small scratch next to it in my drivers door that was not there before, I know for sure because I checked my car all over every time I get in and out of it Yes I am OCD! but anyway, I felt like it was on purpose because I drove over and showed them the scratches and dents on the rental and I think they wanted to teach me a lesson, I wish the Insurance Company that was paying for the repairs would of let me use Blocks they are the Best in Town hands down!!!! read more
