I went back after the stains after with my cheap Bissell cleaned and made more progress on them than him. The carpet cleaning was done to your standards but not to mine. It was sprayed then quickly vacuumed up. Not a thorough job. The last cleaning we had was with Zerorez. It was a lot better and I will go back to them in the future. The technician tried to keep selling me additional services which I didn't appreciate. I paid $380 for the service that was to be $215. I cannot recommend your company to anyone and will point them to Zerorez.
