I needed someone to remove the vomit my cousin threw up on the carpet. I have met and used the services of another guy in the area before, but they were not available either. I spoke to the owner Curtis about our needs and concerns of the kids running around the house. I didn't want them to track it further through the house. He listened and said he would come out himself with an employee to help us out. I kept everyone away from it during our party. Now he and his staff were with their families as well. However, like the fire department High Class knew they were in the business of helping people in need. I called at about 1250pm.................Curtis and his team arrived in uniform at exactly 125pm. Our family was very surprised by the timeframe. 35 MINUTES! After the job I told him I was a Carpet Cleaner as well. He smiled and said, "Really?" I explained that it was no joke and that I live out of the area. I jad to reschedule. They guarantee the results, and I got a second appointment without any hassle. But I call 10 minutes after the appointment because no one showed. The person on the phone said the technician was on an appointment that would last the rest of the day. The individual claimed to have called 6 minutes before the appointment start to cancel. However, 1) I had no indication of a call and 2) if the tech was going to be busy the entire afternoon, wouldn't they have known tjat sooner than 6 minutes before the appointment?
