They had to coordinate with the local Ford dealership to have the brakes bled... which required me calling said dealership so a ticket could be open. They then had to tow my car less than a mile down the road to said dealership. That's the last I've heard. Every interaction and phone call has been met with "I don't knows" and obvious ranting of the manager in the background about the situation.
