She was shocked when I re-entered the store and asked her "what kind of manager openly mocks a customer to another associate!?" Seriously, who does this??!! In a profession where customer service skills are crucial, you desperately need to rethink your career choice because being nice to customers just isn't for you.

They also have sections dedicated to household kitchen gadgets, bathroom (towels), bedroom (comforter sets, sheets, pillows), outdoor (kind of limited at this location - but some outdoor rated chairs), electronics (typically a small selection of ear buds/head phones, smart home, and PS4/XBOX games - this location, no different, very little selection), shoes (from sporty to casual to dress - probably one of the best value for the money you can find in one of their stores is the shoe prices) and a few other things. This store is laid out pretty similar to any of the other ones I've been in. Staff (one person working at the front check out) greeted us when we came in and wished us a good night when we left. Store was clean and prices are prominently displayed on digital readouts located by the items (especially in kitchen gadgets area). All in all this location is pretty good, clean and well stocked. If I was in the area and looking for any of the things listed above, I'd stop by this location again.

I had just bought some beats studio pros in the electronics department and go and shop around a…read morelittle bit. i find four more items i need and go to the self checkout. come to find out my items qualify for a $5 gift card. ok fine, so i scan it and it needs a team member to put some security label on it. so i wait for 5 minutes for one to come over. finally a woman comes up, grabs the label and scans it, and as she's doing it she's muttering something about "f my life." young woman, short hair, glasses at 3:30 3/29/26. throws the gift card on the scanning platform, doesn't say a damn thing to me and zooms away as fast she can. i would have been perfectly happy to give up the stupid gift card as long as i didn't have to wait and put up with this bs.

I walked into the store this morning and was shocked at the hot mess of shoe boxes strewn all over the floor, up against the wall, racks upon racks of cheaply made clothes. Pretty much everything was winter clothing. There was only one person on the entire floor, and she was in Clinique. I asked if she knew if they carried plus clothes, and she replied, "I don't know, go back there and look." She never looked up from what she was doing or offered to get someone to help me. I was appalled and walked out. This store looks like a bargain bin. Never will I ever go into this store again.

This particular location of Winn-Dixie is just off of Interstate 20. I have to say that I am a fan…read moreof Winn-Dixie. The supermarket chain did decline for a few years there, but finally they did a turnaround and started coming back to their former glory. The best part of Winn-Dixie's turnaround was in their meat department. First, for a supermarket that proudly called itself the "Beef People," Winn-Dixie lost track of their vision and started selling cheaper grades of meat. Their beef went from USDA Choice to simply USDA Inspected. If you don't know, USDA Choice is a superior grade, second to Prime, and USDA Inspected is almost always a terrible piece of meat. I guess Winn-Dixie finally realized the error of their ways and put their focus on USDA Choice cuts of beef. They still have those cheap USDA Inspected, but those are the less focused. Kudos to Winn-Dixie for this turnaround and I would definitely recommend this particular location of Winn-Dixie.

The meat department is playing bait and switch games with chicken breast prices/offerings. A…read morestanding product, the "Family Pack" is offered at WD universally, at $2.99/pound... generally 4-5 pounds... They also offer 2-3 pound offerings. When customers are not buying the smaller 2-3 pound offering they do not put out Family Packs until they sell the smaller offering. The issue is they have sold these BOGO for $6.99/pound or for $4.99/pound forcing you to pay more per pound if you want their chicken breast. The older Hispanic gentleman working the meat department in the mornings got defensive and nasty with me when I questioned it. He also mentioned that they were getting a truck in that day (Wednesday) and we could come back... as of that Friday no Family Packs and limited 2-3 pound offering for $4.99/pound... going forward we will buy all our chicken breasts at Sam's Club for $2.77/pound as it is always available and consistent.

I found that odd. But I liked the lighting and front what I observed, the store was considerably neat for the holiday season. Kudos to the customer service rep with the beautiful eye lashes.
