We love this school/daycare for our two kiddos. I have one in the 2's class and one in the toddlers class. Both of them love all their teachers and the teacher aides and I appreciate how easy it is to communicate with everyone especially for someone being an overly anxious mom. *DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS* THE "DIRECTOR" WHO ALSO ACTS LIKE SHE'S THE OWNER NEEDS TO LOSE HER JOB IMMEDIATELY I been taking my child since late April, I been having issues with one particular person who happens to be the "director", she's been rude, nasty & dismissive from the very beginning, not sure if that's her personality or if she's just that miserable with her life but she needs a different job, and being around children and being a dick head isn't a good perception to have especially when you're standing around talking shit about other parents with your staff out loud. I read another comment on here that said the same thing and it's mind boggling that this is a legit thing she does everyday. I brought it to her attention that my child's teacher needs to calm down on the screaming, there should be no reason for you to be screaming at these toddlers because they're acting like toddlers, I had walked in and she immediately started yelling at MY child while I'm still in the room! That threw me off completely and another parent had also walked in and she started yelling at another child again, the lady and her child looked thrown off as well and I can tell they felt uncomfortable especially for her child's sake. As soon as I get to work I called the daycare so I can speak privately to the owner and of course the director with the nasty attitude picks up and changed her tone immediately when I asked to speak to the owner, she not only started covering for the teacher with "it's okay don't take it personal, she's like that, we all make fun of her. The owner loves her, she even has her daughter in her classroom." verbatim. I brushed it off but made a mental note of it for the future. Next issue was me asking them kindly if they can hold my son's small booster seat since I unfortunately have to take ubers and lyfts to get around for the time being. They are all very aware of that hence why i always leave my car seat there with no issue but one day the director decided to make it a gigantic problem and caused a whole scene in front of her staff saying that the department of health will close the entire daycare down if they see my son's little booster is in the closet that's not a disturbance to anyone. I told her I can't afford to make multiple uber trips before work and after work to carry my son's booster seat around, she wanted to argue and go back and fourth and I simply told her that I cannot do that, other places don't do this, they have a designated area for these kinds of things and she wanted to continue arguing and rebuttal saying "We aren't like these other places. I can't afford for you to have us shut down" as if i'm the big problem here when i'm just trying to go to work, make sure everyone is paid and go about my business. they allowed me to leave my car seat after this uncomfortable interaction. Then a week later the director couldn't help herself and started questioning and making slick comments about my uber drivers and how I get the same driver everyday and god forbid I pick my child up 2 minutes earlier than the day before and here she goes making more comments "oh you're finally off earlier?" "funny how you get the same uber driver everyday" with a smirk on her face. My issue is, what's it to you? how is this any of your business? why do I need to explain my day to day basis to you when you're getting paid on time anyways and I come and pick up my child way before the time you guys are supposed to close. I brushed her off once again, and here she comes again with her bullshit, the same teacher whom I mentioned earlier that does all the unnecessary yelling, pulled my son out of his seat while he was sitting down enjoying his breakfast and walked him over to me as i was putting his stuff away in his classroom and said "change him" and walked away, my son is just standing there looking confused as I am too and I changed him, not only was I late to work for doing her job after I signed in my child but I ended up getting an extra fee added to my trip fare because I had exceeded the grace period of 5 minutes that uber allows me between stops. If you're a single mother like me with no help, trying to get things aligned financially, living paycheck to paycheck you'd be pissed off too. Next day comes around and i'm trying to drop off my son as quickly as i can to avoid being late so I kindly ask the director if she can please take my son's backpack and mentioned that I cannot be late like yesterday when the teacher made me go back there and change my son & of course she needed to prove her precious point and said "well yeah she made you do that because he peed, why would you bring him in with a soiled diaper?" and I told her my son was not soiled when I got him ready this morning, he wasn't soiled when we got in the car, he soiled when he got here and sat down. my two kiddos have been going here for almost a year. The staff and teachers here are amazing. They take special care of the kids and they teach them so well. I saw such a huge improvement with my babies learning abilities. They give the kids a lot of creative things to do and they always update me daily on what my kids are doing. I absolutely love this place. I highly recommend and will forever appreciate Oxford. My son is High energy and doesn't like to listen and these ladies have really helped with keeping him busy and calm. thank you so much! read more

I was so scared to take my first child to a daycare! The staff here has treated us like family and I am more than able to trust the staff with my first born child and feel that he is being taken care of while at work! I would recommend anyone that is looking for a family oriented daycare where you know your child's safety and care is being held at high regard for fair price! DO NOT TAKE YOU CHILDREN HERE I don't know if the owner is going bankrupt or having money issues but my two year old niece has been going here for about a year and I recently started taking my five month old daughter here. The owner has changed her policies within the last few months. I am assuming to make up for some sort of money loss. Regardless of the situation the owner does not care for your children. She just cares about the money going in to her pocket. I don't know if the owner has children but I feel very sorry for them if she does. My breaking point with this facility was that my daughter has been sick twice since she has been here and my niece is constantly sick. I understand children get sick but after much thought, this facility combines all of their children and it really is just a recipe for disaster. My 5 month old daughter recently was sick with the flu and was in the hospital so she DID NOT attend the daycare for a week. I WAS STILL CHARGED EVEN THOUGH SHE DID NOT ATTEND. After speaking with the staff, this is a new policy. Please make this make sense ? Also please help me understand why you have my five month old daughter lying on the floor with a bunch of children running around and one staff member watching more than 20 kids ? One thing I will say that is a positive, the little staff they do have truly care for children. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business by the end of the year, they are spiraling quickly to the ground. Great Daycare/School. My kids are loved and love going. The staff is kind and honest.

I'm very excited about this new center. It's very clean, the rates are very competitive with other places in the area. I love how the parents can now walk back to the classrooms and peek in to see how the kids are doing. I feel like it is a great place for kids to learn and to grow. The quality of the learning is higher than I've experienced at other places. My baby is learning so much and speaks very well for a 3 year old. She gets mistaken for A 5 year old all the time. This speaks volumes of the caliber of the teachers. read more

my son was here on a drop in basis they took our money and charged me automatically even when he wasn't going in now they don't want to give it back. He would only go in on Saturdays when necessary we decided not to take him after a parent came yelling about two kids escaping and being found crying next to the liquor store. The owner refuses to give me back money that was taken from my account randomly. She is stating I had to give a notice that I was taken my son. He was on a drop in basis I was paying more for one day a week to avoid this. read more

My daughter has had horrible experiences at daycares where they try to give her things (water bottles, etc) to other children even when the items have her name on them. This facility doesn't do that. They make sure all children have all their correct items. Since switching to this daycare, my daughter no longer cries upon drop off and is excited to come. I love that they have a school age camp here and that they do field trips during the summer! read more

I absolutely love this center. They send pictures and updates throughout the day of all my kids. Super friendly & reassuring staff. They have interactive arts and crafts that match whatever holiday or world event going on! My kids love coming home with new crafts to switch out the old ones. Their playground is great for all ages as my kids are pretty scattered in age groups from terrible twos to school aged. Would highly recommend to a fellow mom looking for a daycare! read more
