Amazing daycare! Clean facilities! Attentive staff! My child (2) has been going here since she has been 7 mos. There hasn't been complaints! If any incident involving any kind of injury or mishap occurs, they call you immediately. They give you daily "progress reports," where you can see what your child ate, what time he/she ate as well as what time they used the restrooms. Meals (Breakfast/lunch/dinner) are included in the tuition. Cameras litter the facility and if there ever is an issue, they have no issue with running the cameras back. My daughter has been going here for a little over a year. We moved here from ohio a year and a half ago. She asks me to bring her here because I don't let her play with most of the kids in the neighborhood. Kids aren't as sweet and innocent as they should be anymore. I try to protect and keep my daughter's innocence as much as possible. She's an only child. I have let many things slide that have happened at this center. Things I could have reported. I understand that people make mistakes. I'm pissed off because the teachers decided on Juneteenth to allow our kids to watch a Pg13 movie with extreme harassment and racism of a little black girl like my daughter without asking our permission. My daughter is 7. We don't watch movies like that (Ruby Bridges). We don't discuss things like that in our home because it's too early. She has dolls and toys of all colors. There was no reason to show kids that movie. Adults put racism in childrens minds. On top of that, they weren't competent enough to explain the movie to her where she understood what was happening and why. As soon as I picked her up, she said mom, we watched a really inappropriate movie today." I said what happened, she said they played a movie with white people calling a little girl nigger and they wouldn't let the other kids play with her. So I told her she shouldn't have been shown that. Then she asked about 30 minutes later why they hated us so much. Obviously, she was left disturb and confused. I came in the next morning and ask why where they shown that movie to a teacher and then She told Sarah I wanted to know why they showed the movie, Sarah said she had no Idea about the movie. I said I wanted to talk to the head boss about it. I said I've continued to let things slide, but not this time, unreported injuries, letting them watch youtube, tik tok, etc. Sarah spoke to me in a condescending tone as she always does, she brought up the problem they have with my daughter is playing with her kids sync up watch, which is nothing compared to the cell phones other kids have. Ok if she doesn't leave it in her bookbag and is on it ok, take it until it's time to go just like they do kids in school. My issue is don't bring that sht up to me when I'm addressing misconduct of your staff. She continued in her tone saying the teachers said it's on Disney and I've never heard of it and I'm going to watch it, we where trying to educate and empower on Juneteenth, blah blah blah. Out of Akeela and the bee, hidden figures, etc, anything empowering could have been played on Juneteenth except this movie. The movie is Pg 13, shown to kids younger who can't process what's going on and why. It shouldn't have been shown. Furthermore, they have to learn to be more mindful when it comes to what they are exposing children to. Everyone does not raise their children the same. You have got to be one of the most disorganized establishments out there! I am baffled at the treatment we have received!! I called 2 weeks ago to check availability and make sure you would be able to fit my daughter in. The lady I spoke with said yes there is availability for 4 year olds. Then I call again ask if there I availability and Grace said yes come on in for a tour and pick up a packet. When we arrived Grace greeted us went over a lot of things gave us a tour of the whole facility so we go home and fill the whole book out even go out of my way to have the doctor sign a note saying she was well enough to start school. I go in to turn the packet in Monday morning and grace is no where to be seen and the lady that was there tells me that they are not taking in 4 year olds and isn't sure why the other lady gave me the packet she stated she would have the director call me and talk to me about weather they are going to enroll her. They never called me back so we found another day care and went to go pick up my daughter's immunization records and they lost them!! My child attended Kids Learning Path (KLP) for two years. I have read the previous reviews and after my experience can attest to them all. My personal experience is a mixture of the good and the bad. The facility offers convenient hours for parents and affordable pricing. The director is understanding but I feel could be more present in the facility. As for the learning, my child came home sharing and repeating new things that were taught regularly. There is a high turn over rate for the teaching staff and they often give the impression that they do not want to be there. I have seen on several occasions where they were disengaged from the classroom as if in a day dream. The office staff can be hit or miss sometimes they would be warm and welcoming when I would come to pick my child up and sometimes I would not be greeted or acknowledged at all. They keep parents informed of incidents and situations that occur during school hours. However, the reports often do not offer any additional information into the situation and when I as a parent have had questions as to unexplained bruises I was often met with I will ask the teacher which led to no follow up for further explanation. It has been my observation that they lack appropriate techniques to transitions kids from one activity to another and commanding their classroom. Additional training would be helpful when dealing with children of such young ages. read more

First off let me start off on a Positive note, Ms. Crystal and her daughter , Ms.Gale, Ms.Nikki and Ms. Brenda are AMAZING STAFF Members! Unfortunately you will notice the front off administrator Ms.Sarah and the owner Mrs.Sashi are very unprofessional. Let's start off by saying the owner does not care for the children or the parents, she is just money hungry. She will not acknowledge anybody and will make an excuse to meet with parents when you have concerns about their staff. They are ALWAYS Understaffed, the reason for that is because Ms.Sarah treats the staff members poorly, she yells at the staff and children while parents are in the building (imagine when there is no parents... scary) I brought my concerns up to Ms.Sashi about Sarah and she became very defensive, before I could even explain what I've witnessed. She doesn't care for the children's needs or how they are treated. She recently raised prices on rates, but drives in a new car but can't even afford proper educational tools. They finally announced that they will use a app to where they will upload pictures of the kids (you will have to pay for the app) but they don't even upload pictures.. Instead of having daily routines for kids to learn, they just let the kids do whatever. They're not structured.. another issue is that they are ALWAYS understaffed. Your child will have a new teacher every month, literally!! I brought my 2 year old a new pack of diapers and wipes and he still ended up in girl pull ups for 2 days, I brought it up each time until they put on his proper diapers. The kids play ground has no toys, you will see there is no tricycle , balls, or any engaging activity's for the kids to do outside, the only have that small playground set for more that 20 kids to play in. You will also see the kids in the garden room just get to do whatever they want, they have no structure teaching, you just get to drop off the kids to watch themselves and do whatever they want at this point. Another thing I've noticed is that they will leave the children in the class room alone, my son is in the butterfly room and I've witnessed a small child in there alone twice, Ms.Sarah just ignored the child and let him do his own thing in the class room and walked out, LEFT THE CHILD WITH NO SUPERVISOR. When you ask The owner to see surveillant camera's she will decline and say "due to privacy of the other children" keep in mind, we see the children EVERYDAY! What's the difference??? They just do not want to show you to see on how they miss treat kids & don't properly have great support system. That's why all the great teachers all leave! The owner is just truly money hungry. DO NOT SUPPORT THE PLACE, Do research and get recommendations to amazing daycares that WILL Care about your kids well being!!!!! We will miss Miss Imee and a few of the other teachers there because they genuinely cared for my daughter. You care about the money you make off these children and not about their well-being. You told me to pick up my daughter immediately,failed to have open communication with a parent who has valid reasons for having concern about the safety of their child when she has more than once been injured and communication at your facility has failed. You acknowledged that you are short staffed and proper documentation had not happened. Stop making up lies. I have statements and other people's testimonies of their experiences with you and your company which will be given to licensing. You do not care about these children or your employees as you fired the teacher involved instead of coaching her when you stated multiple times you were understaffed. Statements from other parents and former staff state that anytime licensing is mentioned you cut ties because you are afraid of being caught for your violations. You are informed when licensing comes, so you make sure everything is in order for that time and then it goes back to how it was. I have a statement from a former employee stating they were left alone with 12+ infants.** The owner told me my child is no longer welcome because I filed a complaint after my child was hurt by another child because they were left unsupervised along with 4 other infants. We were told the teacher responsible was in the room, but had her back turned. We met with the owner and requested additional footage showing at least another adult was in the room. We were given the run around and told to give her time to retrieve the footage. When inquiring again about the footage and asking to again meet with the owner, I was told she didn't have time for me and that my daughter is no longer welcome because I filed a complaint about the neglect. I was told to pick up my child immediately although they were paid for the day. Uoon arriving to pick up for my child, the assistant director questioned me on why I filed a complaint. when I asked her what she would have done if the same thing happened to her child or grandchild, she told me she would have gotten over it. I asked so I'm just supposed to get over it? and she said that's what I would do and then told me to leave. The day the incident happened I had to request an injury report otherwise I would not have received one. When I questioned this, I was told it was because they were understaffed. I do not recommend leaving your child here. They left my child unsupervised and she was injured. Teachers need to be nicer. I drop off my kid and his teacher never even looks at him or me. Sometimes I wonder if they know when a kid gets picked up or dropped off. They are not friendly at all. They change teachers like every day and none are friendly. They can at least say hi to the kid and make him feel welcomed. It feel like I'm dropping off my son to a jail or something. The only friendly person is the lady in the front office. She always says hi and bye to everyone. Oh also the lady making the lunch is friendly. Other than that they are all in a bad mood. My son(6) and I both loved this daycare. The only reason I disenrolled him is because his school is too far for them to transport him. Every staff member I encounter has always been nice and welcoming. Whenever I have needed paperwork from them I was given it in about a day or two. My son has only spoken positive of the daycare, teachers and supporting staff. He now says that he wants to be a daycare worker when he wakes up. He is always talking about his teachers. He started attending after COVID and I believe that they have done everything in their power to stop the spread. Everyone who enters the building has to wash their hands and do a temp check at the door. Staff and children also have the bottom of shoes sanitized Parents are only allowed inside to pay. I decided to do a trial run with my 2 year old daughter on the third day of the first week I noticed she was afraid of the teachers. We walked in one day to pick her up and she looked at the teacher and started crying silently at the table, she wouldn't even come to us. Seems like they use fear with the children. My daughter is lively and always talking and playing but we tried dropping her off the following day and she screamed worse then I've ever heard. I asked her why she didnt want to go to school and she said the teachers were mean and making her cry. I'll never go back here, I've never seen my daughter so scared of going to a place before. As a single father I was struggling to find a daycare that would work with my ever changing work schedule and the needs of my family. Kids Learning Path is a life saver with their long hours of operations and everything they provide. I called a few places around town and this is one of the few places that will actually serve meals and snacks to the kids, and the amount of services they provide at this pricepoint couldn't be beat. I've been going here for two years now and they are godsend. My son has better social skills and a higher vocabulary compared to my other friends whose children don't go to daycare, and they helped me even potty train my son! I took my children here as this daycare has very good reviews. They have been going for a little over 2 months now. I get a call that my child scratched himself in the face with a toy. I was told he didn't bleed much. I asked the teacher to send me a pic. She said she had to get permission first. Needless to say I didn't get a pic for over 3 hours and I had to call to complain. Once I saw the pic I went to get my children. The director was so unattached at being sympathetic and empathetic. She refused to let me see the video. My child did not harm himself with a toy but rather got kicked in the face with another childs medal boot buckle. That child was climbing on a table. My kid has been going here for over 3 years, unfortunately, there are always not a lot of options for safe childcare where the bus will take her while I work. She has come home with bruises when I asked the staff about them no one knew anything and I never received a call advising that she fell or anything. Her blankets and clothes would often be lost. In the latest incident, my daughter arrived by bus after attending school and was told by an unknown staff member" That there was no food because the other kids had eaten it all" My daughter goes to school at 8:30 am where she has breakfast and arrives at the daycare between 11:50-12:30 pm. On that particular day, she did not get to eat until after 5:30 when I gave her dinner. When I called and asked the staff why my child was not allowed to have lunch their response was " It looked like she was offered lunch on the camera, and we also provide a snack in the afternoon" which insinuated my child was lying even after she was able to tell the exact same story 4 times. Supposedly the teacher was not available. This place may be good for some children but my experience here has been less than satifactory. read more

Kid learning path has been a great day care for both of my children. Both started going to the center when they were infants. My 2 year old loves his teachers and they are learning all the time. My 8 month old gets lots of love and attention. The prices are great and they are open late which is so helpful working parents here in Las Vegas. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My kid's have been attending this daycare for over 5 years. When I first decided to bring my babies here I was a bit skeptical however I could not be more happier. When I bring my kids I know they are left in a safe environment. I appreciate the educational curricular activities they do with the kids as well. Becareful about putting your child in this daycare. Since my child has been here in the Rolly Polly room, my child has come home from the daycare with bruises all over his body, had diarrhea yesterday and the daycare said he couldn't be there for 48 hours. I took my child to his doctors and they said he was fine and I got him a doctor's note and the daycare still refused my child after he has already been cleared by his doctor, keep in mind that this daycare isn't a doctor. read more

My son started going to Kids Learning Path in July 2015, this was his first time attending daycare and it has been a great experience. He was in the pre-school class. The staff here is awesome and my son loves going to school. My husband and I are very thankful for his teachers Ms.Donna and Ms.Maritza with their help our son is now ready for Kindergarten. We wanted to give this place A chance since it is under new ownership, so I talked with them and toured the facility. I noticed while outside that they have a very large back yard area and I specifically asked if they always have a teacher outside with the kids and they assured me they did. When I dropped my son off, I noticed there was only 2 adults working but there weren't many kids so I dodnt think much of it. My regular caretaker was in the hospital so I brought my son there for about a week, it was right during Thanksgiving and they were closed completely that Thursday and Friday so I had to scramble to find care while they were closed. After the holiday was over I brought my son back and still noticed that there was only ever a couple adults, even when there were a lot of kids. When I picked up my son the second night back, he limped all the way across the room to me and, of course, I immediately noticed and asked what happened. I was told that he was outside playing, and was acting fine one minute, then started limping, but nothing happened and no one saw anything. I found this hard to believe, but I figured he just twisted it a bit and it would be fine in the morning. Unfortunately, I was wrong. When I dropped him of the next day, I told them I needed an accident report, when I picked him up they didn't have it and said they had to talk to the lady who was there the night of the accident to get it. And to top that off, the teacher told me that my son had pooped his pants while he was outside playing amd she had to throw away his underwear. My son hasn't had an accident in almost a year, he will go up to anyone, anywhere near him to ask to go potty, anyone, which makes me think again that there wasn't an adult around. So, it's days later now and my son is still limping, it's finally my day off so I go to the daycare center to pick up the accident report and it still isn't ready, they call the lady on the phone and write it up finally. The story I heard from everyone up until now ha been "nothing happened, no one saw anything" and now I get the accident report and it says this "during playtime outside, (name) was playing on the slide playset and jumped and may have sprained his ankle" and the action by staff/ first aid administered heading said "had him sit down to check his ankle." I was infuriated, they never, ever told me that he jumped off of anything, nor that there may have been a sprain, had they told me that, I would've taken him to the doctor the next day. Their story all along was that he was walking along fine one minute and limping for no reason the next. I took him straight to the doctor and had to explain all of this, they tried to do an xray but my son wouldn't sit for it, doctor did an exam and said he had soft tissue damage to his ankle, but thankfully no sprain. My son limped around for about 5 weeks and he still wakes up in the middle of the night a couple times a week and complains that his ankle and foot are "owie". This whole situation was just handled so poorly, I honestly think that they never even had an adult outside with the kids, or if they were, must've been on their phone because they obviously weren't paying attention. Needless to say, we won't be back. I just can't believe how badly this was handled, I'm so very thankful his injuries weren't worse. read more

My son went to this school and everything was fine for a few months until one day I picked him up and he had bruises and scrapes on his arms and legs and I just thought maybe he was playing rough ( that's still not okay) I spoke to the teacher to ask what had happened and they said they didn't see anything happen. Then that same week my mother called me because she picked up my son from school and she told me my son has deep scratches all over his face and scratches on his arms. I drove down there to ask the teachers what happened and not one person there could answer me because they did not see it happen did not know what happened to him. My son is 4 yrs old so he told me a few kids were hitting and scratching him and they pulled his hair, I started crying after he told me he didn't want to go back because in his own words he said " I don't want to go to school, they don't like me because they hit me." I mean I don't understand how this can happen in such a small facility and I'm paying a daycare to watch my son and I trusted them to at least watch over him well or call me and let me know there has been a incident with the kids but everyone was stunned because they didn't see any of it happened ( means no teacher was around ) if I can get all my money back I would ASAP! read more
