I have never been treated so horrendously by a company in my life. I had used them for years and generally with few complaints. But when a problem came up with a product I bought, a problem that had nothing to do with me, they were a nightmare to deal with. It took months of arguing and email writing to get my money back, and then they had the nerve to charge me 5 pounds to process my refund. So essentially, they took my money, kept it for a few months, did not give me the product I bought and then only gave me some of the money back.
This goes beyond poor customer service and ventures into criminality. I was a loyal customer before pouring money is but was treated so badly I will never use the X90 again. read more
