WARNING DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN!...I stupidly left 2 bridesmaids dresses and my grandmas dress with…read morethis woman, as you come into the house it stinks of smoke, this isnt just normal smoke, this is about 40 years worth of smoke, she moans that shes tired and she hasnt been well everytime ive spoken to her and she also cancelled me coming to her house to drop the dresses off and re arranged because she said she couldnt breathe (probly because there is no air in her house) once i had managed to get to her house we walked in with eyes wide open and nostrils closed, we walked into her husband in a silly hat opening the door for us and letting us into her living room or whatever it was, where she expected the girls to change with a dirty floor and the door wide open with her husband constantly walking past? I silly enough trusted that she would actually be able to do a decent job with the material WRONG! She butchered my two bridesmaids dresses, she literally only just cut them didnt stitch them just cut them and couldnt even cut them in a straight line, they were literally jagged edges, i think i could of just done a better job myself, on top of that on closer inspection she had left green felt tip mark all along the bottom of the dresses?? Where shed marked them to cut it, she explained to me that these should wipe off (which they didnt) and even the dry cleaners couldnt get them out, these are £80 dresses by the way...i was also angry that the dresses stunk of smoke they were even in bags to protect them, the bags stunk, and the dresses stunk even worse, and she said to me that its not possible that they stink as she didnt smoke anywhere near them! Clearly a lie! Probly had a chuffin fag going whilst cutting the jagged edges of the dress! The joke of it is they werent even ready in the two weeks that we had agreed and said she needed more time?? she just clearly constantly lies, blaming her health and her sewing machine or whatever else, to fit to her schedule, i dont know why she needed more time to cut jagged lines in the dress I could of done that in 5 minutes, anyway the dry cleaners have had to alter the dresses again (should of just gone there in the fitst place) to get rid of the green marks she said would wipe off, dont understand how she thinks this is acceptable anyway? And also to get the ash tray smell out of them, ive had to pay nearly 80 pounds to fix what she did, and i even paid her 40 to do it! She wouldnt refund me because she said i could nust wash the dresses and there wasnt an issue with her work and theres no way they smell! Lol...i told her to keep the money amd buy some more cigarettes for herself, and explained i would leave a lovely review for her, here it is
