What a lovely surprise was this cafe in the heart of Nîmes in the South of France. My friend who…read morelives there had never tried it before we ate there but we decided to give it a chance, and boy I am glad we did. Although we did not have many items off their menu, but if the salad and burger we had were any indication of the quality and taste of the food, then I am sure everything else is delicious. I could go eat that salad everyday if I had the chance. The dish was so rich in flavors and colors and very generous in size. The combination of the fruits, the cured meat, and veggies was just perfect. It had the perfect amount of dressing without being doused in it and paired so well with all the other ingredients. Definitely a place to try when in Nîmes.
