It's obviously been open for years, and the dusty bric-a-brac and beer stained paraphernalia is a testament to many a beery night spent in the welcoming staff's presence. The prices are reasonable and theme nights are well frequented. There is no beer garden which is unfortunate in the summer, although it doesn't seem to be a much of a problem to the young, badly shaven crowd.

They have an excellent choice of beers, although the affordability is somewhat questionable. The food is rather outrageously expensive, but sitting on the terrace and sipping high-quality Belgian and Irish beers just next to the park has definitely some charm to it. Overall I would still recommend this place, even if I won't be adding to the list of my favorites anytime soon.
