She popped both of her left side tires ( She just got these tires 2 days ago). We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. Got stuck again with the car not starting, and we were going to take the car into the shop for possibly an expensive repair. We called Tony to jumped start the car, and he arrived within 30 minutes. After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. The problem was a loose ground wire to the battery from possibly pot holes. Tony didn't have to fix our problem but he did. 100 percent recommend Rapid Roadside to use when you get stuck.
