The waiter serving us was very attentive, running us through the cheeses and what they tasted similar to; after much deliberation ma's board contained stinking bishop and camembert, both delicately served on tea spoons, a 3 week old goats cheese, a smoked cheddar, and a soft cheese with truffle running through it.
