It was off the market deal where the opposing agent was double dipping in both representing the seller and buyer. The agent wasn't doing his due diligence in representing both parties; he only wanted to close the deal as soon as possible. Jonathan has been our family agent and property manager for about 5 years now. Jonathan stepped in to ensure we were represented well. In the end we made the seller agent aware that he wasn't doing his due diligence and that he needed to do his job. Jonathan stepped in and from then the transaction went smoothly. The deal closed without any problems. As for his property management skills, he is very organized and experienced at what he does.
