My wife and I sold two houses with Len and bought one. He and his team were great to work with on every transaction. We feel we got max value for our two sales, and the team worked hard to get our offer accepted on a very competitive purchase. Honestly we were surprised we got it despite not being the highest bidders. Very happy with Len's team! read more

Len is a fantastic real estate agent. If you're reading this because you are in search of one and you're not quite sure who you should pick then to you I say "congrats, you can stop your quest, you have arrived." Now you might be skeptical and ask me why. My partner and I were on the same quest a year ago and coincidentally stumbled upon Len during one of our casual "let's check this open house out" adventures. Our curiosity had been ahead of having an actual plan and so we found ourselves still real estate agent free at that point. Right off the bat, Len struck us as very knowledgeable. He wasn't trying to sell us anything, he was telling it like it was and didn't hold back from asking us some pointed questions. We immediately took a liking to him and to this day are very happy with having followed our gut instincts. When it came down to house hunting itself, Len connected us with Janna and she was also a pleasure to work with. In our first sit down meeting with them, Len mentioned it takes about 9 open houses to fully nail our taste. I laughed skeptically and remember saying "not us". It took them 5. That's how well they understood what we wanted. Once we were ready to put in an offer, Len was very strategic and transparent. I was glad he was on our side and we didn't have to bid against him. He didn't mince words and was always clear on what to expect. He told us we could call us at any time and he really meant it. Whether it be 12pm or 9pm, on a Monday or Saturday, he would pick up or call us back shortly after. We eventually got outbid on the first house we put an offer in on, but smoothly and happily closed on the second one. We've been living in our house in our dream place for about a year now. We feel very lucky to have stumbled upon Len and we will forever be grateful for their outstanding work and care. read more

Completely unprofessional and has completely incompetent people not only working for him (read: his admins were to edit our disclosure and it took 6 times to get it right over a whole week!!) but also the subs he recommends for home inspections, etc. Just horrible. Went into the transaction with him with our express concerns over paying inflated realtor fees, so what does he do??? He finds a buyer (the house could have sold itself) who is also his client - he represented both sides of the transaction. So our concerns were ignored and he laughed all the way the bank for doing very little work. Worst part, which is obvious, a realtor representing both sides simply cannot be objective, and as such, he didn't tell us background info about the buyer which would have impacted negotiations and the selling price. He's a huckster, and as one other review states, he's a used car salesman. DO NOT USE!! BEWARE!! read more

Len and his team are top-notch, I was referred by my sister, he sold her house on Big Bend in Pacifica. His team was very supportive with all of our request. Len and his team found perfect buyers who gave us more than what we were asking!! Everything went smoothly, we didn't feel rush to move out of our house. It was better then we could of imagine. Also, want to give praise to Jordan one of Len's associates, she made us feel so comfortable to call any time of day with any questions or concerns. read more

We used Len Stone Real Estate group to purchase our first home in Pacifica! The whole team was very friendly, supportive and made the whole process go very smooth. Being first time buyers, we had many questions and everyone was extremely responsive and made us feel comfortable asking questions. It was so nice they knew the area and were knowledgeable at what to look at in the houses we toured. They pointed out details that we did not even consider and showed us homes that matched our preferences. They truly took the time to find out what we wanted and helped us find the perfect home! We had a quick close and the team was on top of it to ensure we closed on time. Even when we had an insurance issue a couple days before closing they were there helping us find back up insurance. We loved working with the group and would definitely recommend and use them again! read more

There are not enough words in the english language to describe our experience with the entirety of the Len Stone Real Estate Group. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing and meeting Janna at an open house immediately put as at ease. We worked closely with her throughout the process, and she was able to find us our dream home! There are so many moving parts in buying a home and they made it so easy and seamless for us. We had unfortunately been working with a not so responsive lender and they were quick to help us move to another lender that immediately made us feel like we were in the right hands! The lenders and Len Stone Group worked together and with us to have a quick close while talking to us every step of the way. They also recommended a contractor that we LOVED and made our home even more of OUR home before we moved in. (Conversations about renovations started before we even closed which was great!) We love being apart of the Len Stone Group community and cannot recommend them enough to anyone who is looking at buying a new home! read more

Joe Day was the best real estate agent we could have asked for during these crazy times! He showed us a ton of places off-market over the course of 3+ months and we were able to snag our dream home in Linda Mar, Pacifica before it even hit the market, all thanks to him. Despite CoVid delays, Joe helped us work through the entire process start to finish. While I fully recognize that I can be a high-maintenance client, Joe & Jordan were always patient with me and made the deal happen. I have no doubt I'll be back to use Joe when it comes time to purchasing my first rental property. Many thanks to Joe, Jordan, and the team for finding us our dream home! read more

Very positive experience with the Len Stone Group, purchasing my first house. These folks are the best of the best - I bet they're the top agent in Pacifica - know the market extremely well and have been doing this for so long the whole thing was just smooth. I'll say that at no point did my agent Michael ever pressure me / sell me. Not even close. In fact a few of the houses we bid on went into crazy bidding situations and they actually recommended pulling out / we're the voice of reason. I'll work with them well into the foreseeable future. The whole thing was fantastic and am thrilled with the house I got :) Thank you to the whole team. read more

Michael Jimenez helped my husband and I successfully navigate the home buying process as first time buyers! I am super grateful to have worked with Michael and Jordan Steele-BeDell, and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking to buy their first home. My husband and I had been browsing sites like Trulia and Zillow casually throughout 2020, and we decided to get ourselves a realtor and actually start looking at homes more seriously in Jan 2021. We talked to a few realtors in the peninsula area and ended up going with Michael due to his data-driven, no BS style and because we liked the idea of working with a buyer's agent. We also felt confident that he knew the home buying trends within the Pacifica area very well through the sheer volume of deals that he's executed in the last few years. Michael was super patient and flexible throughout our home search process, not pushy at all which was appreciated. He also has an uncanny ability to predict the price of what a home will sell for - in this pandemic home buying flurry, a lot of the single family homes are going well above market price and his guidance helped us figure out what was realistic for our budget. When we found a spot that we liked, Michael's data-driven approach gave us a huge competitive advantage when it came time to writing the best offer. Our offer didn't necessarily have the highest price but it had the right terms which the seller preferred. The seller selected our offer amongst multiple bids and we're proud to be part of the "1 and done" club!! Jordan and the rest of the team at Len Stone made the closing process flow smoothly, and everything was a lot easier than expected. They were always available to answer our questions about the process and kept in constant communication. 10/10 would work with the Len Stone team again when it comes time for our next home! read more

The whole teams at Len Stone Real Estate did an AMAZING job assisting us to sell our house. We had some work to do both inside and out to go to market and Liz was a fantastic help to coordinate, select finishes, suggest elements, and get it done right the first time! We were blown away by how good the house looked once Len's team came in and worked their magic. We had an offer over asking the first couple days on market and the closing was painless, fees were upfront, and there were no unmet expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Len and Team to anyone looking to sell their home or buy something in the area. True professionals! N&S read more

~I decided to sell my home in fall of 2018. I called agents that i had previously worked with to let them know. Those agents didnt respond to me in the way i expected, and Len Stone was referred to me by a friend, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to speak to him as well. Len came over to my house and was eager to speak with me and hear my plans. Len left our conversation with an offer to help with questions and vendor needs i may have. I took him up on his help, without signing any contracts with him. It was obvious he wanted more than just a commission. A few weeks later, after using Len's recommendations, I called him to tell him i was ready to sell. He and his team help finish up our home with staging, photos, and open houses. The marketing was great, we even had a catered taco lunch at the first open house. We received offers well over asking price in less than 2 weeks. I was happy with the price and the quick close. Len and his team were quick to help me with anything that I needed. Concerns were addressed immediately and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I had a great experience with Len and his team, and would highly recommend them!~ Sincerely, 835 Big Bend Drive, Pacifica CA. read more

Michael Jimenez, Jordan Steele-BeDelle, and the team at Len Stone are exceptional. Michael was truly focused on helping us to find the right home rather than make a sale. He was honest about what he saw as the negatives with each place we saw, and took the time to show us off market places and envision options. Once we decided on our home, Michael helped us navigate negotiations and then his team helped us expedite our close. We're thankful for the incredible work of Jordan Steele-BeDelle for staying on top of and overseeing our crazy 18 day close. What a team! And they continue to field our questions for recommendations now that we're all moved in. Just kind, thoughtful, and honest people! I never want to buy or sell another home without them. read more

When we decided to sell our home on Oddstad, we contacted Len's office because of his great reputation in the area, his recent complete local successes, and his expertise regarding homes exactly like ours. From the beginning of the process (which is extensive in terms of his team's contractors, staging, and attention to detail) to the end, it was as smooth as silk. Having purchased and sold homes in the past, I was familiar with the never-ending last minute fire drills. No kidding, we had NONE. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, compassionate (a necessity in these situations), and absolutely thorough. Michael Jimenez and his team are the real deal, and I'd honestly recommend them to anyone. We are really appreciative of his teams first class service. My wife and I worked with Mike at Len Stone Real Estate for 2 years and finally found our dream home as first time buyers this past summer.   There are a few things that stand out when thinking about our experience: - Mike never pressured us. - Mike is very knowledgeable (you expect to hear this, but it really shows up from open houses to comps to offer writing to contracts to closing to what happens if something goes awry). I never felt like Mike didn't have things under control. - Mike is no BS, and a down right nice guy. Who doesn't want to work with someone like that? - Mike had the hookup on home lending w/ Wells Fargo. Obviously this dips into the Wells Fargo-service angle, but it was seamless. - Mike gave good advice. And the right advice, when we needed it. This market is tough, and sometimes you need advice you don't want to hear, but in hindsight it's the advice that makes the difference. I think Mike is really good at this. - Mike literally found the home we thought we missed out on 2 years ago, and it was a better buy for us. - Jordan (Mike's closing partner) is a pleasure to work with on the post purchase process; patient, diligent, friendly, and reassuring. I've read horror stories on home buying and this was the opposite. A pleasure. Thank you Len Stone, Mike Jimenez, and Jordan Steele-Bdell! read more

We put our trust in Len and team to prep our home and market it for sale.. We love the results, Len evaluated our home, gave us suggestions for improvements before listing. We followed his guidance, they arranged everyone from contractors for small remodels, painting and clearing out the junk left behind. They did a wonderful job, the house, pictures and the marketing for the house resulting in selling above asking price within a week. Low stress, easy process ! With all the amazing things that have already been said here, I'll spare you the details (there are many) of how Len and his team scoured Pacifica, knocked on doors and ultimately found and won us our dream home. And I won't bore you with all the ones about how they made the otherwise exhausting process of selling our home, surprisingly enjoyable. I don't think I need to describe how they got us, multiple offers, well over asking, in less than 2 weeks. After reading all these other reviews, it's pretty clear that all that stuff is not unique to us and our experience working with Len. However, what I will tell you, is that if you're not working with Len, there's a very good chance that you're competing against him - and that family who just went into contract on your dream home, they probably were... read more

After living in a home that was far too large for us but conveniently located for business for nearly 25 years, it was time to retire and adjust our priorities. We finally had time to consider what would make us both comfortable and allow us to engage in our community as we entered retirement. We decided on a smaller home in a 55+ community in small-town Carmel. Selling a large home with belongings from a marriage of 50+ years is not for the faint hearted. After about nine months of trying to unload personal goods, we decided that whatever was left would go with us to be dealt with at a later time. All during this time, Len Stone stayed in touch to encourage and provide tips. We continually moved our proposed date of listing out by a few months. Len never became frustrated nor seemed to find this peculiar. He waited patiently. When we finally were ready to list the home, things moved very quickly. Within a week, painters, a master gardener, and other contractors were at the home, preparing it for sale. About 10 days later, following beautiful staging of each room, the home was on/line, in the MLS, and ready for viewing by potential buyers. The team in the Len Stone office was our lifeline during the preparation period, answering and asking questions. They set up the DocuSign system allowing us to sign documents on-line, a necessity since we already had moved to Carmel. They always knew how many people had viewed the home and how many appeared to be truly interested. About two weeks after that, Len presented the three best offers to us. The offers all were strong but very similar making it difficult to know which to select. Len helped us to tease out our best option. Once again, the office swung into action arranging for us to sign even more on-line documents. The buyer decided that a shorter closing period was desirable, which was fine with us, but their bank balked and asked for more time than originally planned. Len Stone's team made sure that everything ran smoothly and knew what was happening. As you can tell, we were delighted to have been able to work with Len Stone's company. Were we to buy or sell again in his area, we most definitely would use his services, We highly recommend that you contact Len Stone as your first step in buying or selling property. He will help you to make the most of your money, read more

We recently bought our first home, which is in Pacifica, and Michael and team were amazing all around. We engaged Michael based off online reviews, and all the stars and praise here are well deserved. We entered the market with little knowledge about the process, and Michael made things as easy as they could be for us, all while giving us honest advice about what did and didn't make sense. We decided to move quickly as interest rates were going up, and he helped us line up an offer and a contract quickly, all while keeping the negotiation favorable to us. He was readily available when we needed him and he and his team kept things running smoothly during all stages of the transaction. If we ever look to buy in the area again, I expect our first and only call will be to him. read more

I just bought my first home (in Pacifica) and I can't recommend LSRE high enough from a first time home buyer's perspective. Michael is top of the game in Pacifica; he listened to what I was looking for, found me a perfect premarket home within my budget, and I had my very first offer accepted. Both him and Jordan helped me navigate all of the stressors that come up during escrow and made it as seamless as I could have imagined. After living here in Pacifica, CA for 43 years, we were retiring to Oregon. We have known Len Stone for a number of years and immediately went to him to list our home because of his integrity and honesty. Len and his staff (especially Liz and Jordan) were amazingly efficient, friendly, calls were always returned promptly, etc. They had excellent referrals for painting, debris removal (we had lots), house cleaning, etc. Once we moved out-of-state, they completely took over all the details and sold our home. I love food, especially tacos, "brings them to the yard!" Seriously though, sometimes it's the little things, like open house with fresh made to order tacos, neighborhood sneak peak brunch, beautiful postcard photos of homes being bought/sold and making dreams come true that makes the transition from one beloved home to another, or moving out of state less traumatic. This was the experience we had with Len Stone Real Estate fantastic team. Justin came to the door handing out postcards for open houses, then another time Joe knocked with another home being offered. We[I] thought we'd live in Pacifica forever... but when we did decide to move it happened really fast, and the team worked with our schedule and made it happen. I texted Len to come over and talk about the value of our home, and we told him we were ready to sell. He got to work immediately and scheduled the meet and greet with our planning team, made sure we got all our questions answered and guided us with the best possible plan to make our efforts, money invested translate into the best sense with the return we hoped for. The knowledge was deep, advise calculated and worked with us to make this happen. We worked with Liz Cayot to get the house ready, vendors picked, and the 'magic wand' transformed our cozy lived in home into a spectacular beach home, a sanctuary for the new buyers. Thanks so much for being positive, flexible, and fun to work with. These were very big things that seemed impossible to turn around in the short timeframe we gave ourselves, luckily the team were focused, meticulous and got it done. To close, Jordan Steele-Bedell made sure everything was buttoned up and on schedule for our short close. Excellent communication, connections, can-do attitudes and savvy negotiations surpassed our expectations, and we had high expectations. Michael, glad you delivered a superb home to your clients. Bravo Len Stone for helping us prepare, sell and close out our Seaside home in the best way. He even called to check in while he and his family were out of the country, how's that for dedication? And checked in when we moved out of state! If you're buying or selling your first home, find someone you trust for this very important deal. If you've done this before, you'll want someone who's got a proven track record and delivers the best results. There are a lot of very good Real Estate agents, go check them out. Len is a guy who knows how to get things done. Period. More impressive, he has built a team of equally intelligent, respectful and accommodating staff who make the process of buying or selling a property as painless as possible. Monica, Jordan and the rest of his team were there for us for our every need throughout the entire process. We worked with Len to get into our first condo a couple of years back. It was a rough time to get into anything, and we made many offers that were not accepted. Len's persistence and work ethic helped make that happen. This guy grinds. Len's team just recently helped us sell said property. These things never happen without obstacles (sometimes small, sometimes large) but Len and his team were completely supportive, responsive and professional. Most importantly, they deliver. It was impressive to see what Len has built over the last couple of years, and his dedication to his work is unmatched. Len and I have been friends for many years, so I knew the kind of person we were trusting with this process; which is critical. The success of this team doesn't happen by chance. Who: Joe Day was the amazing realtor we worked with to find our home, but we loved everyone on the team. What: I think Len's team is the best for buying and selling property in Pacifica; that's why we chose them to find our house. They have access to off market listings that you wouldn't be able to see with other realtors. And though we didn't have a property to sell with them, we have seen the properties they were selling and they do the best job of pulling things together and getting owners the best price. The whole team is dedicated to you and we would recommend them in a heartbeat. When: Anytime! One of the best things about Joe is that he was available to us always and was so responsive about any questions we had or showing us any properties we wanted to see at any point. When we were finally closing on a property, Jordan the escrow manager was the same way, completely available all the time and so friendly. Where: I think the Len Stone Real Estate group is the best group to use for buying and selling in Pacifica, but I'm sure they could work magic in other parts of the Bay Area as well. Why: I have nothing but the best things to say about this real estate group. We took on Joe as a realtor because we wanted someone who would help us find the best house for us, and he delivered. When we first met him, he took us on a home tour to help figure out our likes and dislikes, and everything he showed us after that was something that would be a good option for us (the right size, the right feel, the right budget). We were very picky and it took us many months to find a house, but Joe was always patient with us and seemed excited throughout the journey. Bonus points that he has an adorable daughter who would play with our daughters and make house viewings enjoyable for the whole family! We put in one offer that was rejected before getting our home, but I think Joe put in the best offer for that home and the only reason we didn't get it was because the seller sold his house to a friend. When we did get our current home, we think Joe did a great job of offering a price that was fair but still competitive (we beat out 25 offers!), and we trusted him completely. He set us up with a mortgage agent who closed in two weeks, which is a small miracle, and like I said, the escrow manager Jordan and the title company we worked with were also so incredible and efficient and friendly. I can't imagine buying a house in this current pandemic, but I think if there is anyone who could do it and still make it a fairly pleasant experience, it's Joe and his team! read more

After linking up with Len and discuss what I was looking for in a property. He was very knowledgeable and took interest in me and my goals as opposed to trying to sell what was on the truck. We saw eye to eye on a specific property and went for it. We made an offer and were quickly in contract on a beautiful El Granada home!
