They claim to have insurance but have not filed a claim. They have been avoiding us. So at some point now we will have to take legal action to collect for damages. We are retired, and rely on the fruit trees we have on our property. We sell the fruit (organic avg. $2.50 ea.) This helps pay taxes and other expenses.
