They did a phenomenal job. First, the arborist came and walked the property with me assessing each tree and determining what needed to be done. Then they scheduled according to my days off. Next, the team arrived, on time, at 8 am today. Their crew lead walked the property with me to ensure that what was on the quote was still what I wanted. Then they went directly to work. WOW! A well-oiled machine. Periodically the crew lead would ask me to look at one thing or another and tell them what I would prefer. And then the cleanup. Amazing. Raked almost my entire yard of all oak leaves. Blew off the roof, driveway, sidewalk, back patio. They even took the dead palm fronds from my other plants! They successfully downed a huge tree and plenty of palms on my property. I have a couple regrets…read morethough: - They didn't get the suckers (tiny branches on limbs) on my trees. - They cut down limbs on top of my roof with nothing protecting the roof underneath. Chainsaw-to-limb-to-shingles. They bent an exhaust pipe on my roof. As far as I know, they didn't cut into the roof, but they didn't take precautions. - They tore up my yard with their skid steer and crushed irrigation pipes. It was healthy before and now it's a mud pit. Fine, grass can come back, but prepare yourself for a messed up yard. - The stumps were left tall with jagged breaks, so if you have kids, it will be dangerous for them. There were straight-up wooden swords on the stumps. When I called to ask them to come back out to help me out with some of the things above, they ghosted me. For the amount of money I paid (more than $5k) I expect safety and professionalism. Look, they're good at their job (downing trees), but if you want good service, you might check elsewhere first.
