Now I'm stuck with a remaining large bottom tree that he won't come back to finish the job. I don't recommend this company at ALL! He's a liar and only trying to make a dollar from hard working people. It's sad we live in a world where people just take advantage of customers who do a verbal agreement. My fault for trusting him but I want to share to warn innocent people to avoid them going through this issue. Please stay away there are other more reliable tree companies out there who will be honest and do the full work! See the attached picture what he left bc he said he will be back to finish when I call.. I would never agree to leaving this like this if he wasn't going to come back and finish.

They did a phenomenal job. First, the arborist came and walked the property with me assessing each tree and determining what needed to be done. Then they scheduled according to my days off. Next, the team arrived, on time, at 8 am today. Their crew lead walked the property with me to ensure that what was on the quote was still what I wanted. Then they went directly to work. WOW! A well-oiled machine. Periodically the crew lead would ask me to look at one thing or another and tell them what I would prefer. And then the cleanup. Amazing. Raked almost my entire yard of all oak leaves. Blew off the roof, driveway, sidewalk, back patio. They even took the dead palm fronds from my other plants! I should add that the cost was lower than I had anticipated by several hundred dollars based on other estimates.
