One time for a clogged bathtub and one time for a toilet that wouldn't stop running. He unclogged my bathtub quickly and easily and even recommended a super cheap bath tub drain cover to keep hair and gunk out. And the toilet went even better. He fixed the problem quickly and even showed me the cause of my issue. I now know how to fix my toilet myself if I have a problem with it running. Him being a great teacher of everyday plumbing is an added unexpected bonus. He also gave me an affordable rate when other plumbers were trying to charge me double for simple fixes. I highly recommend Pats Plumbing services.

Yelp for David Della Maggiora I have been privileged in my…read morelife to know two exceptionally talented plumbers, of these two plumbers. There's only one that stands out because of his morals and ethics and that's Dave Della Maggiora. I've had the opportunity to work with him side-by-side when I was a handyman myself before hanging up my tool belt and picking up my Bible to become a pastor. I have seen Dave go the extra mile to help out customers and I have witnessed him do plumbing on commercial store fronts. I've seen this man install new copper plumbing that was nothing short of pure artistry. I have seen David crawl underneath houses to help people out when they were in a bad situation even though he was due to go home and be with his family, he would not leave people in a bad situation nor would he send a employee to do something he was not willing to do himself. I have called on him several times to do plumbing for my customers when it was beyond my expertise as a handyman. Always with great results. This is another level of faith in someone when I would entrust my customers to him, since it was my reputation on the line. Now days when I need a Plummer or even a handyman (now that he has expanded his work expertise and I have hung up my tool belt) I only have to make one call to David and I know that whatever the job it will be taken care of without any worries. And I didn't want an untrusted, unexperienced guy to experiment with water issues and cost me major money if it was done wrong. As a female, I wanted an honest, trustful guy who didn't want to cheat me on price of work. And this business came through! The drain pipes were not code, they had to be replaced and angled correctly. And the hot and cold water pipe was supposed to be below level for the showerpan to go in. He did all the work! No subcontractors who may or may not be experienced enough to do a good job. He didn't take any shortcuts and had to jackhammer some of the concrete without bursting the pipe so he can place all the piping up to code. Did a great job soldering the pipes, and making it water tight. I cannot thank him enough for his creativity on this odd project and expertise. I would hire and recommend this guy in a heartbeat if you want to get things done correctly. Don't go a with random workers plumbing! I forgot to take pictures of it being done, sorry! But trust me, we were very happy to resolve our plumbing issue and putting in a new showerpan:) Thank you Dan;)
