The place had even received a facelift, very tidy; most importantly the service I receive surpassed my expectation. Stefan was professional knowledgeable and genuine, qualities I have found rear in our world today, he was a man of his word and delivered my vehicle on time. You might not believed this but he even turn down other better offers for the vehicle he sold me, on one occasion saying to the caller "would you be please with me if I make you an offer then sell the vehicle to another for more money". I am a very very satisfied customer and highly recommend that you give Clif a visit if you are considering purchasing a vehicle.. Curt Douglas

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time , but today I decided to do it finally. I…read morebought a Hyundai Sonata 2014 from Stefano towards the end of 2020. He said the car was certified. Guess what, it wasn't. A few days after picking up the car the engine oil alert was going off. I went to change the oil at Canadian tire. The alert still kept going. I called Stefano he sent me to his mechanic, who told me to come back after the weekend. During that weekend the engine actually knocked while I was on the highway. Literally stopped working completely. I called him again and he told me that I should tow the car to his mechanic and he would pay me back for towing it. I tried to get my money back because I wasn't interested in a car that evidently had issues . This man refused. He had the nerve to blame the oil that was changed at Canadian tire, said that was the reason why the car broke down. That I messed the engine up by changing the oil. I spoke to the mechanic , he told me that there was a recall on the engine so I called Hyundai and scheduled to take the car there the very next day. He still refused and was acting like he had friends at Hyundai who would somehow help out which prolonged the whole thing for like 3 weeks. He told me if I choose to take it myself I would be the one to pay for my towing. Turns out the Hyundai guy wasn't his friend, he wouldn't even deal with him further until I came with the registration papers and proved that I was the owner of the car. If we had gone with the appointment I had already set it would have taken way less time. During that time period he would just hang up on me during calls, shout at me , because I was asking about the car I bought from him. Finally the engine gets replaced and I call him to ask about the towing fee refund, which by the way I kept a receipt so that we don't have issues. This man didn't want to give it back. I had to go there and have a whole exchange with him and he told me I would never have peace in my life because I asked for my money back, according to what he had promised me. Finally he gave me part of it and before he did he said ' if I give it back to you , you h e to write a good review for me saying that I have you money for towing even though it was not my responsibility'. I was already tired of dealing with him so I let it go. So when I got the car it was fall and I didn't need an a/c and I never thought to check it. Fast forward to spring , the weather gets warmer and I realized the a/c is not working. Went to get it checked and it turns out the compressor needs replacement. He sold me a car with a faulty engine and a bad a/c compressor , and it's ''certified''. That warranty they give is very limited and won't even cover what I need in for so I might as well have saved my $50 that I paid for activation. I won't make a decision for whoever is reading this but this was my experience and it was a horrible one. I learned that you buy your car at a certified dealer. Way less issues.

They clearly weren't interested in fixing my car. They didn't even do a full diagnostic. I had to point out the damage that they didn't even bother to check. If your insurance company tells you to take it to this place do yourself a big favour and take it elsewhere. Ask your mechanic for their opinion of this place! I've only given this place 1 star to be able to post this review. they deserve none.

Shawn and even the rest of the team here have been great to deal with when the car needed a fix. I would say they're honest when it comes to actually letting you know what you actually need and prices are fair here. I haven't had the experience of feeling like they were trying to upsell or add more work just to make more money like other places will do. They are actually quite the opposite. They'll take a look and update you and tell you exactly what's going on, and that transparency is something to be respected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

As a result, I have a fair amount of automotive knowledge and can tell when I am being scammed or upsold. NEVER has this happened at this Green and Ross location. Time and time again I have fed them low hanging fruit and they've been as honest as they come. Their repair quotes are reasonable, they will not try to upsell you or tell you that something is wrong when it isn't. This is a complete anomaly in the automotive industry. The staff are courteous and will go out of their way to make your experience a good one. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a pot of gold. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car to this location.
