They handle everything so professionally, but also with the tenants feelings in mind. They are extremely helpful. The maintenance, here, is top notch, as well. Robert and Gabriel are amazing! If you call in a problem, it is fixed that day, or quickly after. Robert has some kind of hidden power that makes him so knowledgeable about ANYTHING that needs fixing. I have had two nights, where my daughter and I were locked out on the patio, because my daughter slammed the sliding door too hard. Robert had already gotten home, when I had to call him to come rescue us. He came back and helped us get back in, without any complaints. Then, he came back soon after that to access why the door was doing this, and he replaced the latch. Bam! Problem solved! The staff provide pest control every other week, and they take every concern seriously. When I moved in, I had just broken my hip, at my last complex, coming down the stairs from the 2nd floor. I knew I needed to move into a downstairs apartment from then on. I had to choose a new complex, so I would have somewhere to go when I got out of the hospital. I chose Winding Creek, just by looking at pictures and reading reviews. I absolutely made the right decision!

They push themselves to provide us with a sense of community in a way I've not seen, even as a prior homeowner. As far as the apartment space, I moved into a brand new unit with a great view of the pool and clubhouse. Everything feels high end and very much NOT the typical style of apartment you can find at these price points, especially in the Stone Oak area. I've been here for 2 months and absolutely know it was the right choice!

I have never lived in an apartment before and I have to say my first experience with Stone Chase is…read morea great one. The staff are really friendly always waving and saying hello. I couldn't ask for a better spot for my apartment, I can park right outside my front door, the pool is right around the corner, the mail room is right out my front door, the dog park is on the other side of the complex but that's just means more exercise for Ella and I. I love that they provide poop bags and garbage cans in the dog park, even though hardly anyone uses them. I live in a 2Bd 2Bth apartment, it's very spacious and the closets in both bedrooms are perfect and great size rooms! The master bath could use a little more counter space where the vanity is but nothing a shelf can't fix. The kitchen is beautiful and so spacious and perfect for my cooking! Only wish for the kitchen is a garbage disposal, maybe in the future since they're still new! I love that there's a washer and dryer in unit makes it so much easier and I don't have to worry about leaving my laundry in the washer or dryer. Could use some shelving in washer dryer closet but that's something you could do yourself. I've never lived in Texas so I'm not sure how cold it gets but it's pretty cozy touch that there's a fireplace in every apartment! The complex is very conveniently located next to I-35, FSH, major restaurants, stores, high schools, churches, and not far from shopping! Other residents keep to themselves don't really talk unless you engage a conversation. This place is supper new and everything in the apartment is beautiful especially the pool area and I recommend anyone moving to the area to check out Stone Chase Apartments! Definitely worth it :) Only reasons for a 4 and not a 5 is because of the other residents. 1. People with dogs: People hardly pick up after their dogs and it drives me crazy especially since the complex provides bags and trash cans! It takes maybe 30 seconds for you to bag it up and throw it away!!!! And for the people who don't pick up after their dog outside of the dog park you're just being rude! That's like having a neighbors dog shit on your porch everyday - ANNOYING! And it's a health hazard to our pets. We don't like going to the bathroom when there's feces or urine on a toilet so what makes you think our dogs like to walk on it??? 2. People who use the pool: The gate doors around the pool don't have locks on them or they do and they aren't being used. Every week (I've only been here 3 weeks) there's at least one or two nights people are in the pool past 10pm (the time is it supposed to close) and the back of my apartment is the pool so if people are down there I can hear everything and at 130/2 am it doesn't make me a happy resident especially when my husband has to be up for PT at 4 in the morning. Then they leave their garbage everywhere when there's at least 3 trash cans in the pool area, toys in the pool, broken toys on the ground, cigaret buts everywhere, it's like people don't care at all. There's also a no pets allowed in pool area and for me I don't like bc my dog is very well behaved and she just laid there while I swam (before I read the no pets allowed rule) but the other day someone had their dog in there and all it did was bark the ENTIRE TIME it was in there, I would have complained but it was after office hours so no one was there. (The pool is beautiful though)

It's just a scam, I can't say more. I moved out over a month ago and they are still trying to bill…read moreme for things after I turned over the apartment. The apartment manger attempted to overcharge me by 2,000$ and breaking the terms of my lease until after 3 weeks of emailing her to explain she is commuting a crime. Then after moving away grey star reaches out with the same charges. Now I have to fight grey star because they added additional fees after dropping the first fees because again they need more money. This place is pathetic they will attack your wallet at all cost. As far as living my building was roach infested. I told them right away and my response was "sorry". After reading reviews they've known about the issue for a while. Be prepared to pay every fee and avoid the property manger at all cost she treats her employees horribly, she is extremely rude. Verbally telling me as a nurse I should be able to email her during the business day even if I'm working (guess I thought my job was More important than it was) when I responded 1 business day late to her. FYI if your 60 day notice is late (from my experience) prepare for at least a 90% rent increase for ever day it's late. Read your contract too, if you were unaware your 60days was up then they did not properly inform you and you do not owe them that money. This is my honest review. I loved all the workers except for Diedra and the company as a whole is coming after your wallet and will take every cent they can in anyway they can.

, I would like to share my experience of residing in these apartments for over four years. During…read moremy tenure, I encountered numerous instances where individuals entered my apartment without my explicit consent, despite my previous warnings expressing my discomfort with such actions. Regrettably, these incidents persisted. In response to these repeated breaches of my privacy, I was compelled to file multiple police reports, including one for burglary due to the damage they caused to my door. Furthermore, I was left without an air conditioning thermostat for approximately three months and a patio door for six months. Even when my apartment flooded, causing significant property damage to my own, I recall that staff or maintenance did not respond the following day. Subsequently, I was presented with a document from Janet in the office, which essentially stated that my apartment had never flooded. She had provided me with a different description of the purpose of the document, but it ultimately amounted to requesting me to claim that my apartment had never flooded, despite the fact that it had . She had deceived me and had to sign a document that was false. that wouldn't be the first time. The situation escalated when the maintenance staff and apartment associates disregarded my property rights by accessing my belongings without my permission. . A particularly egregious incident occurred when the maintenance/staff did not offer assistance to enter my apartment after I had locked myself out. However, when they wanted to gain entry themselves, they disregarded my changed locks and essentially broke into my apartment. I recall a specific incident where I had just left my apartment and, as I was about to go leave the gate , I noticed the maintenance staff entering as I was leaving. Within a matter of minutes, they had already reached my apartment. They explained that they were looking for something and cooling and heating wires in my unit, which I understood to be related to the time of year when I did not have a thermostat. It is concerning that many of the similar instances mentioned in previous reviews that have been removed from the platform. However, there are still numerous similar reviews available. I am not the first person to have experienced these issues, and I believe it is important to raise awareness about this matter. Despite events, these individuals persist in attempting to extract an excessive amount of money from me, even though I was paying more than the amount I had initially stated. The discrepancy between what I paid and what they collected remains unclear, and I am uncertain of their intentions. Nevertheless, they are attempting to charge me an additional 15,000.
