I couldn't ask for a better spot for my apartment, I can park right outside my front door, the pool is right around the corner, the mail room is right out my front door, the dog park is on the other side of the complex but that's just means more exercise for Ella and I. I love that they provide poop bags and garbage cans in the dog park, even though hardly anyone uses them. I live in a 2Bd 2Bth apartment, it's very spacious and the closets in both bedrooms are perfect and great size rooms! The master bath could use a little more counter space where the vanity is but nothing a shelf can't fix. The kitchen is beautiful and so spacious and perfect for my cooking! Only wish for the kitchen is a garbage disposal, maybe in the future since they're still new! I love that there's a washer and dryer in unit makes it so much easier and I don't have to worry about leaving my laundry in the washer or dryer. Could use some shelving in washer dryer closet but that's something you could do yourself. I've never lived in Texas so I'm not sure how cold it gets but it's pretty cozy touch that there's a fireplace in every apartment! The complex is very conveniently located next to I-35, FSH, major restaurants, stores, high schools, churches, and not far from shopping! Other residents keep to themselves don't really talk unless you engage a conversation. This place is supper new and everything in the apartment is beautiful especially the pool area and I recommend anyone moving to the area to check out Stone Chase Apartments! Definitely worth it :) Only reasons for a 4 and not a 5 is because of the other residents. 1. People with dogs: People hardly pick up after their dogs and it drives me crazy especially since the complex provides bags and trash cans! It takes maybe 30 seconds for you to bag it up and throw it away!!!! And for the people who don't pick up after their dog outside of the dog park you're just being rude! That's like having a neighbors dog shit on your porch everyday - ANNOYING! And it's a health hazard to our pets. We don't like going to the bathroom when there's feces or urine on a toilet so what makes you think our dogs like to walk on it??? 2. People who use the pool: The gate doors around the pool don't have locks on them or they do and they aren't being used. Every week (I've only been here 3 weeks) there's at least one or two nights people are in the pool past 10pm (the time is it supposed to close) and the back of my apartment is the pool so if people are down there I can hear everything and at 130/2 am it doesn't make me a happy resident especially when my husband has to be up for PT at 4 in the morning. Then they leave their garbage everywhere when there's at least 3 trash cans in the pool area, toys in the pool, broken toys on the ground, cigaret buts everywhere, it's like people don't care at all. There's also a no pets allowed in pool area and for me I don't like bc my dog is very well behaved and she just laid there while I swam (before I read the no pets allowed rule) but the other day someone had their dog in there and all it did was bark the ENTIRE TIME it was in there, I would have complained but it was after office hours so no one was there. (The pool is beautiful though)

I did my initial walk-through in February with Jessel, and she really made me feel like this place could be my potential home. The units are so modern and turnkey, and the management staff is wonderful. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you may need. Maintenance staff is super helpful, and they fixed everything in my apartment just 24 hours after putting in my work orders. He even showed up to my apartment the day of putting in my work order to take a look at my A/C unit. The apartment itself was in perfect condition. Everything looked just like the pictures on the website. I love all the stainless steel appliances, the granite countertops, all the storage space, and my balcony. The dog park is only a quick 2 minute walk from my unit, and me and my dog Peanut love spending time out there. It makes him feel like he still has a backyard to run and play in. Overall, Patty and Jessel are amazing! I really do appreciate them soo much. Especially Jessel...! (Side note: the day I moved in she saved the day when the washer/dryer people from Lowes made my hot water valve leak. She came and helped stop the water from getting all over my apartment.) My apartment is so perfect, and I can't wait till I get completely settled so I can start entertaining in my home. After reading reviews they've known about the issue for a while. Be prepared to pay every fee and avoid the property manger at all cost she treats her employees horribly, she is extremely rude. Verbally telling me as a nurse I should be able to email her during the business day even if I'm working (guess I thought my job was More important than it was) when I responded 1 business day late to her. FYI if your 60 day notice is late (from my experience) prepare for at least a 90% rent increase for ever day it's late. Read your contract too, if you were unaware your 60days was up then they did not properly inform you and you do not owe them that money. This is my honest review. I loved all the workers except for Diedra and the company as a whole is coming after your wallet and will take every cent they can in anyway they can.

I'm happy with the layout of my unit and how much room there is, I live in a 3/3 unit. 3. I haven't had an issue with parking. 4. Trash is collected in a timely manner. Some minor issues I have are the following: 1. Noise coming from upstairs tenants. (Front office notified) 2. Homeless people coming in through back fence. (Front office notified) 3. Dog waste not collected in a timely manner and no bags to collect dog waste. Overall, I'm content living here. It's 100% better than where I was before.
