Management for one has always been kind and they were always so kind and still are during my new process of renting with them! I never heard a noise lining there which is why I lived the place! During the summer the pool area is so much fun even if you aren't big in swimming there's still a hot tub area and a bbq area which is my most favorite part for entertaining! I've never had any issues with parking nor vandalism like I read in another review! Every business has challenges but out of the 4 complexes I've lived in this is by far number 1 and they even help you save to get into an ivory home when you're ready!

And I will say my requests tend to be on the unconventional and needy side I'm in a one bedroom that has such a wonderful layout with lots of storage and great unobstructed views. I have had very few maintenance requests but every time I do need something they're there within an hour and able to fix anything and everything I have a question about. There are a huge perks in living here which include having the smart home as well as the Amazon hub that both Amazon UPS and FedEx all have access to use so your packages are always secure. The common hallways are often cleaned and maintained to make sure everyone's homes remain nice! Management has always gone above and beyond to help me out and make me feel like a welcome member of their community

When multiple emails were sent and multiple attempts to walk past the office to sign move out papers just to see a "sorry we missed you sign." Still fighting the charges but company will not admit their wrongs about failing to do their jobs and respond to their tenant about trying to move out. Did nothing but pay bills on time and be a nice quiet tenant just for them in the first email to me about the situation threaten to send the charge to collections.

Especially Marlen! now before I say anything further- no, I'm not being paid or incentivize in any way to leave this review. I just really appreciate her sincere devotion to customer/tenant service and improving the quality of our lives each day. Anytime I need anything, she is on top of it! Amazon misplaces my package? I reached out to Marlen and she responds and gets it resolved right away. Elevator broken? (which has happened a few times now), Marlen calls the service team and they repair it within a day or so. Neighbor's nasty dogs leaving crappy stains all over the carpet in the shared community hallways? I send Marlen a picture and she gets the carpet cleaning team out the very next day. The list goes on! This place is a bit pricey, but I can 100% say that it has been worth every penny that I've spent here. and I would know, I have moved once or more a year since I was a child, and this is the first time that I would actually WANT to stay somewhere more than a year! The views are spectacular, the amenities are amazing, and the staff are the icing on the cake! Also, don't let some of these other reviews sway you. I used to work in customer success, and I've learns that people tend to only leave reviews when they have a bad experience, and I'm quite certain that most of the people who have love here have had amazing experiences, but never take the time to come back and write about it. I moved into the canyon vista community today under very difficult personal circumstances. Jeslet Sotelo, was the leasing agent who helped me. She went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND--truly. She was incredibly overbooked, due to a clerical error with her scheduling software, but still took the time to ensure my move-in process was smooth, efficient, and as stress-free as possible. I recently went through a life-altering event and needed a place to start fresh ASAP. Jeslet was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also empathetic and kind--something I CANT articulate in words how desperately I needed. Thanks to her, I was able to move in today and am now able to put in the work on my next chapter. She deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise). Thank you, Jeslet, for turning a tough day into a hopeful one. I only hope one day I can repay you with an outing to Rodizio, or at the very least a heart felt thank you the next time I pass by the leasing offices. I can say it is pretty peaceful overall and in the especially in the evenings. I cannot say that I have had more than a couple of nights where someone partied too late in the 7 years. I can't say that about my neighborhood when I owned my home. I hate that the rent in Utah is so stupid insane.. It's hard for a single guy on Utah income to afford rent.. Not just here but anywhere anymore... But I have to say I am blessed with a garage and carport... which.. that expense is on me..... Recently new owners came on and decided to "upgrade" and man, the people they hired did an abysmal job. Just horrible. I know they are making efforts to fix all the garbage the last crew did. Ashley the new manager recently helped me through some renewal concerns, she didn't need to, but she did. I am grateful for that. They've been bringing in Food Trucks on Thursday which has been fun. However, the parking here is the worst I've ever seen at an apartment complex. I've lived in multiple places and haven't seen somewhere that doesn't invest in finding more parking. They had a field next to them that got bought by a landscaping company where they could've invested in making more parking and there is a field to the south of them. They've painted the buildings and have done many nice things to make the complex look great but the parking is a joke. Just a fair warning of what to expect when you move here. No parking but a wonderful place to live. You also don't get a covered parking spot with your apartment but have to pay for it separately which I haven't seen at any other place either.

I toured every building with a common area and pool in the SLC area. When I walked into hardware and met Jonathan, I knew I was home. I told him that day that they were by far my favorite. I continued to tour and continued to believe that! Jonathan was amazing. He knew exactly what I was looking for and he kept me updated. As soon as my ideal choices opened he let me know and was extremely patient as I passed things by due to travel and other personal reasons. When we pulled the trigger, he walked hand in hand with me through the process (it's been a long time since I lived in an apartment) and he made move in so easy! He was patient w me as I forgot how to do certain things or asked dumb questions because I was too busy to read all the incoming information. He made my moving day super convenient and easy. I can not say enough good things about him and hardware is lucky to have him! Hardware itself is an incredible community and the perks are lengthy. They have amazing common areas which make you feel like you are living in a mansion. The people I've met who live there have been nothing short of friendly and welcoming. And the location is over the top with a top coffee shop, restaurants and a full grocery within blocks. I'm so happy in my choice!
