For years, I have received Gorsuch magazines in the mail…read more This year, I was preparing for a trip to Europe, when I saw a linen dress in the Gorsuch magazine. I wasn't sure what size I was, so I bought a size small and a size medium. Planning on returning, whichever one didn't fit. Normally, I would not spend $600 on a dress, but I was excited about my big European trip and thought the dress would be perfect. The size medium was perfect, the size small I could barely try on. So, I am immediately packed up the size small and returned it. To my shock, I received that same dress, neatly and beautifully packaged in a box with a beautiful letter on professional stationary from Gorsuch. The letter stated that my return did not fall into their return policy guidelines. So, they gave me the dress back. Now, I found myself spending $1200 for one dress that fit. To say, I was not happy as an understatement. I had no idea how They were considering my return not within the guidelines, as I only tried the dress on and put it right back in the box to ship back. When I called Gage, they couldn't give me an answer as to why my address was not accepted for return, other than they said they thought it had a bit of a smell. What an insult! Also, what a lie! I wish I had read reviews about this company before I ever purchased. Eventually, I contacted an attorney and sent an email to letting them know. I was prepared to handle this legally as it was only Wrong. Then and only then, did they begrudgingly accept my Return. Lesson learned, never deal with this shady business!

I perused both levels of his shop, found a necklace I liked and some much needed lip balm - blistex wasn't cutting it and my lips were chapped beyond all measure. Because for the last 2 decades, our options in SLC have been very limited with interior decor and furniture, and this represents a change in the right direction. I stopped in yesterday to look at rugs and found an interior designer whom I had previously worked with at RH. Her name is Pilar and she is wonderful. I also met her partner, Boris, who brought Pilar to Arhaus, and clearly has amazing judgment and a great eye for talent. Together, they walked me through some options to solve a challenging interior design issue and offered to go above and beyond to help me. I look forward to working with these two fabulous humans on future projects at Arhaus.
