We came here specifically because they have the opportunity for you to rent (demo) the equipment before you buy it, and their convenient location at the base of Park City Mountain Resort means you can swap things easily during the day. They can also do boot fittings with custom orthotics. The staff provides excellent service and was very knowledgeable. The owner Jackson himself helped us and he is wonderful. Highly recommended if you want to try before you buy.

Overall, I feel like the world has hit this point where you get what you pay for, and if people don't understand what Patagonia is doing with their Ironclad guarantee, Worn Wear, and why their products are at the premium price point that they are (I.e., funding for more save the planet projects) then most people are just going to say "too expensive" and go to LL Bean. Which is fine, but nobody should throw shade at Patagonia for what they're doing with their profits. Or why their products are priced like they are. So many others are priced the same and don't do anything good with it, nor do they guarantee the way Patagonia does. Onward and upward team!

This ____ really works! I had my doubts, I certainly didn't want to spend the $, it's a lot! But, the only question I have now, is why didn't I do this 20 years earlier? If you're lucky and you never have issues with your ski boots, you don't need this. But m, if your like all the rest of us who do, you should seriously consider this a must do. I was put in the correct shell for my feet and they did the magic liner thing. Zero need to punch out the shell. I have a few days in my new ski boots. No more pain or problems from day one. What a difference. I can keep my boots on during lunch, no issues. It was expensive no doubt. But worth it for me. I will be keeping these boots for a very, very long time.
