They offer no flexibility in their appointment policies nor any standardized appt reminder process. Don't even come close to missing an appointment or they'll try to hit you with a $50 missed appointment fee, which is in itself an aggregrious sum. It doesn't matter if you are proactive enough to call to let them know you'll be late or to reschedule. In other words, if you work for a living in any role that requires you to make adjustments to personal appointments, Dr. Zindel's office is NOT the place for you.

In fact, I told a customer about him (I'm at a drugstore) as he was suffering from frequent ingrown toenails. I told him how Dr. Zindel cut my nail sides and I've never had a problem since. They were courteous, explained things well and were solicitous to my needs. I felt confident having this doctor treat men confident that he was knowledgeable and skilled in his specialty. I was seen for some minor complaints arising from a chronic condition and I was entirely satisfied. The office seemed clean but "compact" as if frozen in time in the 70's. I was able to get a prompt appointment but the wait time was a bit long for that early in the day. . The place is easy to find, right across the street from King's Island Chinese Restaurant. A large free private parking lot which they share with another business.

When asked why it was REQUIRED, they were unable to provide an answer other than "it's office policy". Office manager was unable to explain WHY it was policy. I refused to provide it and walked out the door.
