Spoke with a few people at the same show who used them previously and the feedback was the same; this shop's quality has gone down to the point where they don't get custom work anymore. They said they make nothing but excuses and then will throw their hands up because they just don't want to deal with it anymore. Look at their other reviews. It's either the shop leaving fake 5 star reviews or their close friends and family doing it. Check out their social media too; they've stopped posting actual customer cars and switched to fluff content. Do your research and go somewhere else.

This is actually my second review for this incredible automotive repair and restoration company! I…read morewas turned on to this place because for the past 20 years I've been leasing all of my BMWs through Holman Automotive and this is one of their subsidiaries. But the reason why I have become such a loyal and dedicated customer is because of one specific man that has always outperformed beyond my expectations on a level of service satisfaction and customer appreciation. Mario!!!!! In my role as the Platinum Advisory Board President for a major global Hotel Corporation I have come to understand the importance of providing not just great customer service, but in a consistent manner ! Today I brought my M3 in for a full point detail. Might seem like a very ordinary and casual Appointment, but there's an old saying in the business world, your dining room appearance should be just as pristine and gorgeous as your basement. And when Lauderdale collision details your car it's a whole day process and when you receive your car you feel like you're back in the original show room when you first bought it! Mere words cannot describe the level of expertise that Mario's team treats your car so I'll show you some pictures in this post andyou can see it for yourself. Mario thank you for getting me in during a very tight schedule. Overseeing the work that was done on the car. Getting the car ready in under the amount of time you estimated and your great communication throughout the day giving me updates. You are an all star! I would be grossly negligent if I did not praise Attwane who's handiwork created this masterpiece! Attwane Is the only bodywork technician that I will allow to touch my car. Because he is so thorough and I mean thorough he not only clayed the exterior paint but he also clayed the leather interior! I'm not even kidding the interior of my car is sparkling and shining more than the day I got it when it had 000005 miles on the speedometer! Attwane is a magician! And his exuberant happy attitude I feel like that energy permeates the car's Aura (if there is such a thing!) Anyways thank you guys for always taking such great care of the customers!!
