The bao was pretty good: lots of flavor, delicious bun, and a good amount of veggies, though there was too much hoisin sauce in my opinion. The fries balanced out the meal nicely and were seasoned well. Their menu also includes banh mi options, a noodle bowl, and loaded fries; all of which I would be eager to try next.

Here's the lowdown Menu The truck listed saganaki, smoked salmon, porketta and beef on the day. All $12 a pop and the burgers were filled with salad, sauce, and yummy extra (like sweet potatoes in the saganaki ) Service You can smell the truck from miles away, grilling and saucing, and calling your name. Once paid, you are given a card ( like from a deck of playing card ) and this is your name/number/code. Service is quick, cute, and friendly. Feedbacks were requested and we only have great ones. Overall, great value for the price, the bagels were perfect, and tasted amazing. It was a unanimous decision in our group that this is the best bagel burger truck around.... Ok, best burger truck? The food is seems so simple yet perfectly executed - donut with jam filling inside. Don't have a big appetite? Don't worry, despite the signs prominently staring a number and a price (e.g. 10 for X), you can buy as few or as many as you want. I wouldn't normally point this out but out of the 30+ people ahead of us, pretty sure we were the only ones to ask and get a different number. Despite the often long lines, the service is impeccable and they move close to the speed of light. It's a well oiled machine. The craziest part? This place has been around since the 50s and the recipe is mostly unchanged. The ambience is era appropriate, too. It's an old bus that provides them shelter and mobility while being the perfect photo opportunity. They had swag, too, if you are into that. Overall, you'll miss out if you don't stop at ADK on your next trip to the area.

Dinner, Mexican Beans w guac, fresh salsa, cheese & chipotle mayo. On a pre-autumn/fall evening, hot food especially anything toasted with cheese is loved. These were hearty and filling. Though I think fresh salsa has a loose interpretation, as this one came straight from a jar. Dessert, Banana & Nutella Jaffle. One word: delicious!
