We were given confirmation of the appointment and told to call when we arrived. We called once we arrived and the lady told us that they were really busy and asked us to wait half an hour. We had another appointment to get to so we couldn't wait the half an hour so we had to cancel the massage appointment which had worked and waited around for. All the time that we waited for our appointment with Healing Massage we coud have been calling other places to get an appointment but at that point everyone was booked. It was the worst and most unprofessional experience ever. I don't recommend their service.

She ushered me into a sitting area with a comfy recliner to discuss my history, concerns, and desires. Once we discussed what I wanted from the experience, I was guided to the changing area to disrobe and prepare for my session. The massage room was nicely decorated in calm colors, and the massage table and linens were extremely comfortable. As for the massage itself, Jen provided me with a wonderful massage complete with non-greasy massage lotion and hot towels. I didn't really have any complaints about the whole experience. However, something to note is that you will hear the occasional bark from the pet palor next door. It didn't distract me from the experience. I'll definitely be back. Check out their Groupon offers.
