Highly recommended for your family and children portrait pictures. They use great camera equipment (Sony Mirrorless DSLR) to quickly capture photos. They have the perfect background settings and outfits to one's liking. They know how to get an infant to smile and laugh because they have a infant child, too. Customer service is above and beyond one's imagination. We've traveled to 2 photo studios in Los Angeles. Our experience here made me regret venturing to the Los Angeles photo studios. If you're residing in Orange County, I highly recommend Overstudio. read more

The whole process was so easy and awesome and results are amazing. I'm always skeptical of any photoshoots but this one i'm so glad i did it. Capture your precious one's moment and lock it in a picture read more

Favorite place to take cute baby photos. I went for my both babies for their 100 days photo shoot. The couple who works there are so friendly, patient and knows how to handle with babies that young. Price is reasonable and good quality photos. They sent me the digital copies via email within 3 days. Location is in Buena Park. Little far from LA but worth the drive. read more

We're so happy with our daughter's first professional pictures! Both Han(photographer) and wife did an excellent job the whole time we were there. While Han took pictures, his wife was energetically getting my baby's attention and got her to smile in all the pictures. They sent me the pictures after a couple of days for me to choose. I highly recommend this studio if you're taking pictures of your babies and your family! We'll be back when my baby turns 1. Can't wait! read more

This studio and its owners are amazing. 1) they are really sweet and professional 2) have been in business for I think 18 years 3) have a lot of cute/modern themes with many cute clothes and accessories to choose from (for baby photos) 4) prices for the photo packages are reasonable 5) it's clean and extremely baby-friendly - and they were very patient with our tired baby I highly recommend! We got her 100 Days photos taken today and want to go back for her 1st birthday. read more

I take a hundred days picture of my first child here and have a good memory. So I drove to Buena Park even though I lived in LA to take a photo of my second child. This time, I took a brother and sister picture, the photographer is also taking a good picture professionally, but his wife made the children smile well and brightened the atmosphere of the shooting area, so it was very smooth and fast. 10% discount on weekdays and monthly events, so happy to take pictures at a good price. I highly recommend this place to those around me. Later, I will go to the oven studio again to take a family picture. read more

When it came time to choose a photographer for my baby's newborn shoot, it seemed like a no brainer to go with Oven Studio because all of my friends have gone to them for their photography needs - especially Dohl (One Year) photos and were highly recommended by my friends. However, I still wanted to consider other photographers before choosing Oven Studio. I researched other photographers and came to quickly realize that Oven Studio was the obvious choice. The other photographers charged way too much and didn't even let you keep all of the original photos the way Oven Studio does. More importantly, Oven Studio's photos are way cuter, and part of that is because of the vast array of props, costumes, and outfits that Oven Studio has at its studio. The other reason why Oven Studio's photos are because the owners, a super nice husband and wife team, work together to soothe, calm, and charm your baby so that the best photos are achieved. I really appreciated how quickly they responded to my inquiry and continued to communicate with me. Just a note - they prefer to communicate via text message. I also appreciated how when my husband and I arrived and parked in the building garage, the husband welcomed us and immediately took the car seat holding our infant to help us. Very gracious and welcoming. The studio is absolutely gorgeous inside, with perfect lighting. It almost felt like a fantasy world because there were racks and racks of the cutest clothes and a ton of whimsical props, including couches. They also have a limited selection of clothing for parents to borrow in case you're doing a family shoot and need something to wear. I have to point out that my baby peed on one of their cushion props and they were soooo nice and understanding about it. I felt so bad. Our session lasted a lot longer than I expected, but they were super nice about it and even let me stay to nurse my baby afterwards. We received our framed photos quickly, including the promised USB with all the original images, and I love the way our photos turned out so much that I'm booking my baby's 100 day photo session soon. read more

Oven studio is just the best. First off I am very picky when it comes to photos but, oven studios blew my mind away! So simple yet classy. Elegant but not to over the top. Was just right. We came for my son's 1st birthday photos. He gets very sensitive around new people and surroundings, however, the wife was just amazing with kids. You can tell she's very experienced with kids and know how to make the kid very comfortable. My son was all smiles and laughter throughout the shoot. Def coming back again when we have the next big event. I recommend to anyone that wants simple yet modern style pictures! read more

We had such a good experience with them! They know what they are doing! My 98 days old boy had a lot fun! We little bit concerned that our baby might be fussy and cry because this is his first time to meet someone who are NOT his family or drs. We showed up at 1020am and finished 2 themes + family pic AND bonus service 2 themes ( 100th day pic + newborn concept pic) around 1145! My baby also got fed one time! We so happy that he wasnt stessed out and enjoyed the moments! I highly recommend this studio to family who are considering taking baby pictures!!!!! Staffs are very friendly as well!! read more

100th day photos came out great! Friends and family that we showed photos have been complimenting and probably we need to make many copies to send them. They are very professional and friendly. The photographer knew how to catch great moments and the lady entertained our baby for entire time we were there. The whole process went so fast from choosing clothes, changing clothes and taking photos so that they could get the best photos before baby got tired. They must have a lot of experience w/ baby photo shoots. Actually my husband thought the fee was a little high but after we got the photos, he said they deserve five stars! Probably we will go back for 1 year birthday photos and more. So trust me, you will not regret! read more

This studio was so great with my daughter's first birthday pictures. My daughter is usually a bit shy in front of the camera and with new people but she opened up right when the lady brought out the bubbles and other toys to entertain her during the shoot. The lady was amazing. She was so good at making my daughter laugh the whole photoshoot. We needed the photos fast because they needed to be printed by the weekend so they were sent to us in 2 days! I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Photographer and his wife were so accommodating and nice. read more

I was referred to Ovenstudio by our daughter's first birthday party Coordinator and they did not disappoint! This wife and husband duo are amazing! They work so well together and I loved that they made every effort to create the most perfect photo collection of our daughter. She was so animated and kept my daughter entertained, despite the fact that she was starting to get over the whole thing fast! We are so impressed with the photos and their whole production. read more

Do not go to this place if you want quality family photos! The married couple runs the business and they get frustrated easily, especially the photographer. They said that they had clothes for our baby, but only give you a choice of two. They don't even show you the clothes selection like other places. The place is very small and there aren't a lot of background selections. Most of the pictures we received didn't have the family smiling. We were so disappointed and when we expressed this, they told us to come back and take pictures again. I paid more for the extras, but even then the pictures looked all the same with one outfit and one background. When I went to pick up the picture frames, I didn't even get the frame that they said they would make. I received the cheap acrylics frames. I will not go back to this place with my second baby. Please do your research and go somewhere else. People highly recommended this place, but they did not live up to the reviews. I do not recommend this studio. read more

LOVE LOVE their work!! This is the 2nd time where we've done our family photoshoot and our 2nd baby's 7 month photos. It's a family own business. The husband is the photographer and the wife is the amazing person who makes your child giggle. They offer a wide selection of clothing and props for the babies to wear. The minute we parked our car, the wife greeted us with carrying the diaper bag, our family clothing, and a silly face for the kids. She's pretty awesome! She helped changed our son into his clothing while making silly noises to make our him laugh. The whole experience was pretty smooth and she was even able to make my 2-year-old toddler laugh. The only reason why I took one star off was because I wanted 2 backgrounds but they only did 1 backdrop. I wanted more photos of my son like how we did with my daughter. Unfortunately, they said he was too small and wasn't able to sit up completely. However, for my daughter's photoshoot she wasn't even sitting up well compare to my son. So I'm not sure what the real reason why. Overall, we would definitely come back to them. The pricing is worth their service. Not too pricy for a stupendous service and beautiful lifelong photos. read more

This review is based on just their customer service. We just took 1st Birthday pictures and family pics with them today. So I have not gotten any pictures yet. The moment we parked our car in the garage that they tell you to park at, the wife (I should've asked for their names) greeted us, tried to help us take our two kids out of the car seat, carried the diaper bag and the bag with the kids' outfits. She led us to the studio and we talked about the package we were getting and chose backgrounds for our pictures. Then she helped us choose outfits that would fit the background we chose and even helped me change my son. During the shoot, she sang songs, used props to get my son to smile and to look at the camera. She even used her hands to wipe his drool and was so outgoing while her husband took pictures. She even gave my son cereal puffs throughout the shoot so that he wouldn't be fussy from being hungry. She checked in with us to see if it was time for him to eat or if we thought he needed a break. They were both so friendly and their service was out of this world. What they do is hard work. And watching them do what they do was impressive. We truly enjoyed working with them and had such a great time. Can't wait to get our pictures! Update- So we received our pictures and we are in love with them. I can't stop going through them. They literally gave us ALL of the prints. I am so happy with how they turned out! Thank you so so much ovenstudio for your phenomenal work! read more

Set up: Call ahead and make an appointment. The owners are very nice and do speak English, although most of their customers are Korean or Korean speaking. They specialize in children's photography, especially 100 day and 1 year old photos. However, the studio also does family photos. Location: Downtown LA, home studio with great props and lighting. Please follow their directions regarding parking because that can be tricky. Photos: Awesome, we loved the photos and quality. The experience was very nice and you can tell they know how to work with newborns and kids. Our daughter was having a blast and we are in love with the entire experience. Pricing: Reasonable and won't break your bank. Had I found them earlier, probably would not have overpaid on previous newborn photos. Overall: 5-stars and plan to use them again. read more

Very professional and highly skilled photographer. He specializes in taking kids photo and they have all the necessary props and equipments to bring out the best of ur kids. They are seriously amazing at making my son laugh, they entertained him the whole time during the photo session. Furthermore, they were kind enough to break the photo session into two for the family photo so that my older son wouldn't disturb my second one's photo session. They also have two studios, one in LA and one in Fullerton, which was really convenient. Out of all the professional photographers Ive met for my kids, I can confidently say Ovenstudio was the best. All my friends who hot their kids photo taken here loved their photos so that really says it all read more

We used a couple studios for our baby before this, but they were so sanitized and stoic. I never write reviews but I just had to for this one. I came here to take 1st birthday photos for my 2nd son. The photographer and his wife were so nice and welcoming that my two sons felt comfortable right away. My 1 year old slept for 15 mins during the drive down to the studio and I was very nervous that he would be fussy during the photo shoot. However, the photographer's wife was soo entertaining that he was laughing the WHOLE time. My 5 year old was even having a blast. I highly recommend oven studio. read more

Oven studio's husband and wife team are so sooo sweet and professional. Fairly priced. Studio has a lot of adorable props, outfits, backgrounds, etc. I'm too lazy to write a lot of yelp reviews, but this studio is absolutely stellar. Came for 100 days baby pix and coming back for one year/family photos. They don't have many reviews because the mamas don't want to share this gem of a place!! But sharing is caring, and this mama says everyone deserves cute baby photos! You're welcome :) Oven Studio thank youuuu !! Love, Jordan's mommy !!!^_^v read more

We chose Ovenstudio to capture our daughter's 1st birthday picture and we couldn't be happier with the result! They have a small and cozy studio with amazing natural light coming through from every angle which makes the pictures come out even more amazing. The couple who runs this studio seems really experienced in this field, especially working with little ones, and knows how to get your baby's attention and make them smile using all sorts of tricks and gimmicks. They offer a variety of package based on your preference and I would bet you will be able to find the right package that fits everything you are looking for. I knew Oven Studio did a great job from seeing my friend's baby photos but I was blown away by how meticulous and professional they were when the photo studio session started! I went a month ago to take photos for my son's first birthday and could not be any happier with my experience. The photographer (owner?) set up each background after I chose them and I was amazed!!! The background and props are so pretty. Each piece of furniture was of great quality, and it shows in the photos. They made sure my son's clothes, hair and even the positioning of his legs looked perfect for each shot. The assistant did everything she could to make him smile. It was hectic but they know what they are doing. I was very impressed from the photo session and knew why this studio is so popular. Then, I am impressed again! I received an e-mail with the photos the very next day and they were beautiful~!!!!!! I looked at all of them over and over again and could not believe how adorable the photos were. We are going back for family photos and can not wait!!! I am recommending the photo studio to everyone! read more

Per others' reviews also decided to do baby's 100 day shoot here and are glad we did. Clean, efficient and entirely cute captures. Loved their pick of dresses and accessories if you wanted to pick from them and their set up for the 100 day table was fantastic! Their turnaround time getting you the photos is as quick as everyone says and they give you PLENTY of images to look at and choose from. So glad we decided to go with this studio, will definitely be back for more throughout the years! read more

Alll I can say is, OVEN studio is amazing. The entire experience was easy, fun, and Relaxing?! I was nervous to take my 11months old baby for a photoshoot because I had no idea how she would act. She's a very shy baby so it's very difficult for anyone to get close to her. I was worried that she'd be fussy and cry the whole time and we wouldn't end up with great photos. All of the OVEN studio staffs are baby whisperers. They took such great care (selecting outfits to hairdos) of our baby during the shoot and I was able to just sit back, relax and sip coffee that they offered. I didn't have to do anything! Now the most important thing, photos.. Perfectly captured our daughter. They are the most beautiful photos I've ever seen. Few weeks later, did another Photoshoot for family portrait and everyone (my parents and my hubby) is so happy!! Thanks for awesome job!!! !! !!! read more

They accommodated a short notice appt for our daughter's 1st year pics. They were very good at what they do.. They had so many cute outfits for babies to wear. We only had to prepare ourselves. Our baby ended up loving the photographer and his photo rep assistant even though she was tired. She was all smiles the whole time. If I have another child, I want to bring him/her here for 1 year pics too. Totally worth it! Oh and they knew we were on tight schedule, so they sent our CD to us early. Finally, everyone who saw the pics said they never saw our baby so pretty! read more
