My jacket was too small, and the return policy was one of the hardest I've ever experienced. When the item was finally returned, they took $198 off the return due to "customs & policy." There was no opportunity to discuss anything with anyone. All I wanted to do was exchange my jacket size for one size larger. I will never order from this company again.
