They removed the old roof, put up new plywood and a supposedly waterproof membrane. That was done on a Friday. It rained over 2 inches that weekend. We had massive leaks all over the second floor. The entire job took almost a month. Which is outrageous for a small house. Several yeas ago we noticed a leak on the dormer, in the bedroom. We called numerous times, were told they would come out, but never showed up. Now in 2026 the leaks in the bedroom are growing. They no longer have BBB rating. Don't be scammed by this company.
