I heard a loud noise one late Friday afternoon and I walked into my garage to see water coming from the closet that houses my water heater, water softener and furnace. The heater had definitely burst and so I called Alltek for help. They guided me on the phone on what I needed to do to shut the water off to the heater and then someone came the next day. I obviously needed a new one. They could have installed a tank water heater that day but I decided to wait till they got a tankless in snd upgrade, just a few day wait. Once they got the tankless water heater, I had constant non-interrupted hot water. Didn't get it for a bad price either and it will eventually pay for itself in lower power and water bills. Service from Alltek cant be beat! They were there when my family needed them.

First off, setting up an appt to get a quote was so easy over text. The office mgr is professional, responsive, and always polite. What I especially liked is how Kevin, the owner, double checked whether the old unit could be repaired, provided two quotes (standard and high efficiency), and installed the new Bryant unit. There is no separate sales and installation teams. It was clean, eventless, and done in 4 hours. Another co, recommended by ConsEnergy, gave a quote that was more for a standard unit.
