The trainee could've easily done this since she was hanging out at the bar talking for most of the time. This isn't necessarily her fault. This is a training and management issue. This place should be packed every day it's open. It was less than half full when we were there for dinner. This is probably due to the bad things we experienced. Management needs to step up. You're robbing yourselves, your employees, your owner and your community of something good.

My husband & I go there everyday (except Monday because they're closed on Mondays) for an ice cream date. It's become our little date time away together. My favorite is Black Raspberry. His is Butter Pecan. If you're lucky you get these little pockets of the flavor bursts inside the ice cream. Extra bonus!
