While I'm not so much interested in the army side of things (and believe me, they have virtually everything you could think of), as someone who is partial to the odd bit of hillwalking I found the range of outdoor accessories to be thorough and very reasonably priced. As well as walking boots and backpacks, they also stock handy little odds and ends such as first aid kits, cutlery etc... What's more, the staff are very friendly and more than happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for, even if you are an absolute beginner.

Discover staff forgot to take off tag from bag, requiring another visit to store to have it removed. Staff quizzed me on receipt of purchase and only apologised for their error after confirmation I had purchased. So they basically were suggesting I stole the bag until otherwise proven. Train your staff better, have codes on all your products so you don't waste my time, check you have removed all security tags on purchase . Very very basic things
