Service was a little chaotic at beginning as it took them a little time to get us seated, place was large with lots of good seatings , when it came to our server she was top notch on everything and very friendly. The food was great , and the prices were reasonable, just the prices on the desserts are a little high , other than that we had a great time

sirloin & Bloomin' Fried Chicken

I love the bloom on onion sauce.. i could just have that and the brown bread with the delicious butter It's a chain restaurant, and while I typically like to support mom and pop stores particularly because they are unique, i had a good experience. I had a great time because of the company I was with and truly the waitress that we had was very attentive, she made sure we were always doing well-- and i could remember her name I woudl drop it cause she was fantasticZ

I should have known better why we arrived at 2:00 pm, saw only 5 or 6 people in the restaurant. Maybe we were too early? Service was outstanding. Food on the other hand was awful. We both ordered 6 oz steaks one medium well and the other medium. Both of us ordered baked potatoes with our meals. Both steaks were hard to cut and the med.well was so chewy it wasn't eaten. The medium steak was so salty I could barely eat it. The baked potatoes on the other hand were so salty that I could have taken extra blood pressure pills to counter act the salt. We stopped going there a year or so ago for the same problem. I talked to the server and manager who did take some money off the bill . My wife and I both realized that this would be the last time there.

NEW Kingsland Pasta no Alfredo sauce on pasta at all
Dawn H.

I ordered carry out and I am disappointed. I ordered the blue cheese wedge salad which was great. I also ordered the kingsland pasta with shrimp and steak. The shrimp and steak were seasoned and cooked well. However, there was no sauce on the pasta. It's supposed to come with a bold Alfredo sauce. There was nothing on it. I was so mad I didn't realize it before I left!

Sweet Potato with Honey & Brown Sugar NEW Sirloin* & Tasmanian Shrimp

Drinks and food was great. But the Tasmanian shrimp were over cooked, extremely hard. And was only given $3 credit for them. Kitchen was closed and would have to wait 20 minutes for more shrimp. One of the lobster was fresh and one was not it was rubbery. Definitely not happy with how it was handled.

RAW, HARD, ONION all around the bottom, Runny uncooked batter too! NASTY!

Guess I shouldn't have gone to a Steakhouse if I wasn't going to eat steak! I expected far more from Outback Steakhouse than ridiculously terrible food! We ordered the chicken wings and a blooming onion as well as a side of Sydney Shrooms, a coffee and a glass of wine. Wife and I simply wanted to share a few appetizers after a 3-hour drive from Cape Coral. Service was GREAT, though we did stand at the front counter in an almost empty restaurant for over five minutes waiting for the hostess who was it appeared in the restroom to finally come out to seat us. She was very pleasant and apologetic which was very nice. Our server MATTHEW H. was on his game, great attitude, great attentive service! My cup of coffee was ice cold for starters and had to be sent back while I waited for a fresh cup of fresh brewed coffee. The second cup of coffee was extremely hot and was so strong i had to put 2 1/2 creamers in it because Matthew must have poured it before the pot was done, but understandable, after the first cup of really cold coffee he was just trying to make up for it. NO EXCUSE for the RAW BLOOMIN ONION! We took 3/4's of it home, couldn't pull it apart, the liquid breading all throughout the bottom of it told us the grease must not have been hot enough or the cook rushed it, onion was hard all around the bottom and there was nothing but runny mush all around the bottom which I assume was the "batter" that had not been cooked. YUCK! NASTY! GROSS! The wings were fair, but nothing exciting and they only come one way, really covered in pepper! If you dip them in enough ranch dressing they are edible. The Sydney Shrooms, overcooked and greasy. Outback Steakhouse WAS one of my favorites, maybe I will return one day when back in Michigan, and when I am wanting a steak, but never ever in Florida, never another nasty bloomin onion and next time I will just ask for water with a lime, it is far easier and less likely to be messed up, and hopefully it is COLD like it is supposed to be! First bad review on Outback I have ever given!

Beautiful location, great drinks, average food…read more I wanted to love this place. It has great Yelp reviews and is located right on the water. The drinks were very good, service was super friendly, it was the food that fell short. Here's what we got and what we thought. My husband started with the harborside margarita, which was great. He then decided to get a fishbowl margarita. It's 52 oz so it's huge. It was only $15 which was stunning for that amount. He couldn't finish it and left about 1/3. I got a watermelon smash. It has a good amount of alcohol and was delicious. I'd probably branch out and try something else, but it was pretty good. For food we started with the meatballs. It's all beef and was the highlight of the meal. The kids loved the bread it came with. I got a lobster roll and found it had too much dressing to let the lobster shine. It was $30 and disappointing. The coleslaw was ok. My husband got a filet with a Caesar salad. The Caesar salad also had too much dressing. The filet was ok. I didn't love it but our younger son did eat a bit. My older son got the French bread pizza with fries and didn't like the pizza. I wasn't a fan either, the cheese tasted pretty meh to me. He ate some of the fries. Overall this place is great for the atmosphere but I don't think we'll be back soon because of the food.

We were seated in the back room for a birthday dinner celebration. The room was extremely dark and we couldn't turn on the other lights because it was connected to the most dustiest ceiling fans that had at least 1/4 of an inch thick of dust. The woman who was coming in and out of the room to pour water in the water glasses had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. I asked her a question about the menu and she very dryly told me "you can't order that unless you are on the other side" then walked away. That's when I was inquiring about the bistro menu. At that point I knew I wasn't going to be able to eat anything there due to their lack of plant based items or even easily adjustable items so I just ate the bruschetta. However when we placed the order for the bruschetta it never came out. So once we asked about it, it was then comped and brought out. Our waiter was very irritated and annoyed it seemed with the large party he had to tend to but his assistant which was a younger more personable guy was way more pleasant to be around. The cost point for the food was beyond the taste and size of the portions. When I asked about kid options, the waiter told me he could have the chef make a kids steak or chicken tenders and fries. It was my mistake for not asking for the price since I assumed it was a kids portion. Granted the tiniest steak did come out I still had to pay over $24 which I would have purchased the regular adult size if that was the case. So some clarity on the menu options for the kids would have been greatly appreciated. I can go on and on about this place but ultimately I would recommend not to go here unless you don't care about customer service or price points. Upon leaving the family event, and getting home I then realized my debit card was never returned to me by our gracious waiter. So once we returned to retrieve the card another day we were greeted with the rudest and most annoyed individuals at the host station. Needless to say we will never ever return.

The outside patio is beautifully decorated with lights, tables and chairs and greenery with foliage to create that natural outdoor vibe. When you enter, it's like walking into a small home where you greeted and seated by a hostess or server. There's a main great room and 2 smaller rooms that have seating as well and ambiance lighting throughout for intimate gatherings. The bathrooms are clean and fully stocked with necessities. As for the food, I got the Brussel sprouts salad without goat cheese which was delicious . It was about the size of my fist for $13. I assumed it was more of a tasting menu. My mother got the gnocchi which was described as delicious but lukewarm in temperature. She loved the beet salad however and the side of sour dough bread. My dad got a 13oz steak with potato purée. His steak was good in flavor however he described it as a bit too tough, and could have been more tender. Since he is a retired chef of 40 years I value his input. My other family members ordered the egg yolk ravioli which seemed a bit of a strange combination but certainly worked out in flavor. The labneh that was with the beet salad was also paired and eaten with the sourdough bread which seemed to be a great idea. Unfortunately the bolognese pasta was not tender enough for my family's liking. If you like pasta that way then you should be just fine. Over all it was fine dining and good. If you would like to go to a place where the portions are a bit larger I would suggest another place. But this is a nice casual dining intimate place for any special small occasion. Last but not least, Beth our server was kind and sweet. She was patient and very accommodating with great table manner and should certainly be recognized for her gracious nature and hospitality.

The second we walked in, the smell hit me like, "Cancel your goals. You live here now." Smoky, delicious, slightly illegal levels of good. Patrick brings food. At some point I leaned over to Ross and whispered, "Where is the original guy?? Did Patrick eat him??" Nope. SAME MAN. Sir is host, server, possibly chef, and I'm 90% sure he rotated the earth slightly to speed up our service. Patrick sold me on the Prime Rib sandwich like a seasoned car salesman and I folded immediately. Ross got the loaded smokehouse sandwich because he likes to pretend he makes responsible decisions. The food came out fast and looking disrespectfully good. I blacked out somewhere between bite one and "I should stop." I did not stop. I have no regrets. My diet has filed a missing persons report. And let's circle back to Patrick--this man has the energy of three employees, a double espresso, and unresolved childhood dreams. I want whatever he's having. I would follow him into battle... or at least back for dessert. As The Terminator once said, "I'll be back." Mostly because I found out Patrick works Wednesday-Saturday... and apparently those are now my "nutritional delusion" days. Would 100% trust my GPS to ruin my plans again.

I definitely have to update my review from a few years ago as I returned here a couple of times…read morerecently and had a great experience. This place is absolute paradise for my Lego loving child. It's pirate themed and has epic Lego creations. My son loves the area where kids can play with Legos and it's nice for the parents too as it gives them a break. The food is served family style and you get a lot of bang for your buck as you can reorder as many things as you'd like. We chose the Pirate Platter which includes: a delicious salad with apples and pecan and honey bread upfront, then a platter of assorted meats such as brisket, steak, sausage, chicken, and ribs. The brisket is our favorite. It comes with green beans, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. I really wanted to try some of the vegan platter so they brought that out for me at no extra charge. For dessert, we got a pan cookie with ice cream as well as the vegan chocolate fondue with fruits and marsh mallows. All of this unlimited for only $39 per adult and $19 per child with drinks included. Delicious and such a fun dinner experience! Since I stayed at the hotel, I also came here for breakfast as it is included in the stay. Breakfast is the same across all three Legoland hotels. It's also served family style and includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, French toast or pancakes. You can add fruits, yoghurts, cereal, oatmeal at no up charge. And it also includes drinks such as coffee, milks, juices, etc. The staff was very accommodating about letting me take things to go and ordering extra stuff.

Older lady, you can tell she's been around as a waitress for a while. Kind of reminds me of like the old diner waitresses "What are you having" lol. Anyway, she was awesome. She let us pick off both options. We ordered the pirate one which is BBQ choices and we got some of the sea dog options for the seafood side. So sweet. We first got our bread. It was good. Tasted like a yeast bread. Came oiled and with sweet butter. It also came with a salad as well for the table which had cheese, tomatoes onion and greens. The salad dressing was light and sweet. The main food came. It came with ribs, flank steak, pulled pork, brisket, beans, string beans, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, sausage, and shrimp. 3 sauces came with it, regular bbq, mango bbq and mustard. The mango bbq had real mango in it. Now, preface by saying I understand this isn't a 5 star Michelin chef meal and I wasn't expecting much. However, this was actually very good. The steak was very good. Not dry. The brisket was good. The ribs were good not dry. The pulled pork was dry. The salmon was good, The shrimp was good, Sausage was good, the string beans were ok, the macaroni was very heavy but good and the mashed potatoes were good. Overall I was very impressed. Then for dessert came our chocolate chip covered ice cream with heath bar bits. So very fattening.
