Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me deeply disappointed. My husband and I arrived, asked about a table for two, and were initially told to wait. While waiting, another staff member (who later identified himself as the chef) abruptly told us there was no space. When I politely asked if we could be accommodated for just an hour in case of upcoming reservations, his response was dismissive and condescending. Instead of simply reiterating that they were full, he insisted on 'showing' us inside as if to mock the idea that we would even ask. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I completely understand when a restaurant is at capacity, but there is a big difference between delivering that message with courtesy versus making guests feel foolish for even inquiring. It's disheartening to have this experience at a place I've enjoyed in the past, and I hope the management takes customer service more seriously.
