Have been a 7 day/week subscriber for roughly 30 years, until recently with no major problems…read more Then around 2020 the missed deliveries started. I complained, requested credit, and have kept track. 2023 was the worst year with literally 79 misses. Each year subsequently similar numbers. Each year big promises, "we'll escalate this right now", etc., the Philippino, or whatever they are, agents can barely speak English, which adds to the frustration, etc. The one "manager" I've been able to get ahold of was useless, and it's clear they're unwilling to get to the root cause of this, whatever that may be, and solve it. Apparently, they're too stupid to understand that every lost subscriber is yet another ding to their revenues, and with the greedy little hedge fund company owner, Alden Global Capital, periodically reducing budgets and staff to maximize profit (their only purpose in life!), they can't afford that. At 8 misses so far in 2026 (3/23) I'd had enough and since my subscription was up for renewal (again with a huge price increase, now asking over $700!!!), I advised them I'd had enough. I'd give them zero stars if I could. It's only a matter of time before these idiots, with their sh*t-show of an operation, go the way of the Rocky, and with the big conglomerate owners of local tv stations now merging, then what do the citizens have for decent, diversified, journalism in Colorado? Just what our democracy needs. Not.

I was surprise to see the Denver post in my driveway yesterday morning. (SUNDAY)…read more I never requested this service, nor do I want it. So, I called this morning to advise the representative that I am not interested in their paper and to not send me anything. She claimed that I was up for renewal from 2023. Baloney, this never happened. She kept on telling me about all the options available. Apparently, she doesn't understand English. Again, I explained to her I do NOT want their paper.

Finally real unbiased NEWS! Yes, I avidly stand by the little cheap tin dispenser every week…read morewaiting for the truth to be delivered! I have been out foxed by many media outlets that spoon feed you, but the Onion delivers time in and time again! Routinely this rag is the recipients of liquids spit from my mouth after busting up on over on of their in depth and pointed articles! Very rarely do you come across a organization so in tune with itself and IAB always! Have Funy NJOY! If it doesn't make you laugh even a little bit lighten up! Favortie all time Headline! Jesus answers boys prayer says no! Might not be funny to some but cracked me up!

The Onion is America's finest print media news source, period. Who else would print the classic…read moreheadline, "Supreme Court Overturns Car?" I giggle like mad every time I hear it. Yes, the satire gets old once in a while, and sometimes they do the same jokes over and over until you want to turn the newspaper into spitballs and shoot them at the editors. In fact, all of the 'columnists' are that repetitive. But you can't beat The Onion at its best- one article published this summer poked fun at the constant force feeding of empowerment down women's throats by pointing out the proliferation of 'women's cereal' and other silly products that don't need to be gender specific. It was edgy, funny, true, and satirical at the same time. Pure genius, and you can read it for free at lots of local sandwich shops, coffee joints, and at the Landmark Theatres while waiting for your movie.
