First, I received a phone call in advance to verify all of the details and reassure us. And they offered to take me in the same vehicle as my dad so I did not have to follow them in a car. The next day, the driver, Michael, arrived a little early. He greeted my dad and my dad said "hi, Michael!". Meaning that my father felt right at home, right away. Michael took care of every safety detail, kept my dad and I informed about the process, made certain that the correct medical papers went with us, and told me where to meet him afterward. He gave me a card to hand to the medical staff so they could arrange for our transport back with Michael. Everything was taken care of on our behalf! After the medical visit, Michael returned for us within about 10 minutes! And then went through all of the same steps to get my dad safely and comfortably back to his facility. I will absolutely use them again, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

When I spoke with Mark, he told me that this gentleman called him three times, but would not give him his name or what he needed, and the phone number was from out of state , so Mark thought it was a scammer, but he still answer the call just to make sure that it wasn't someone who needed him. It turns out on the fourth phone call. Mark did find out that he needed his service but neither one of them felt they could work with each other. The fact that he took four phone calls and still couldn't get an answer . That shows me Mark true integrity. So please don't let one negative yelp review sway you from using this outstanding company. They will from now on be my go to transportation service.

I didn't know the cost by far they are superior to any other company that I've used the gentleman that calls you is the same gentleman that will pick you up. He was in communication with my son, giving him an exact time that he would arrive. On the drive to LaGrange Hospital, I followed the van to the hospital. Frank's driving was flawless; he followed all driving precautions and was neither too fast nor too slow. At the hospital, he was invaluable to me while trying to figure out getting my son out of the van and where to check him in for surgery. Impressive! The location & parking is easy. Staff are efficient & cordial. It took 6 weeks to get an appointment. I give Dr Yasin 6 stars, but Rush Midwest Orthopedics gets only 4 stars because they charged me $6.50 for a copy of his physician visit notes and they take 14days to get them to you via email. No other facility charges for such, not even Rush downtown - cheap, cheap cheap!!!
