The location itself is the largest one I have been to with a cardio room, a free weights area, and two rooms full of machines. My husband is there bearly every day using the facilities, getting personal training or playing tennis with friends. If you are into fitness or recreational sports like tennis, pickle ball or basketball, this is the gym to join. I have always been intimidated by the gym as a self professed specttor, but feel decently comfortable at Stone Creek. I have attended some classes and find some instructors better than others and the class attendance/participation reflects that. My only complaints would be the temperature of the pool (too cold to use as the weather is changing) and their lack of later classes. Trasitioning back to in-person work does not always allow me to make it back in time for a 536pm class, especially as these are right at the time with the most traffic.

My plan worked well... I was already in the habit of coming in 3 times a week when the new year rolled around, so now I could focus on the work! Raegan is our Fit Forever coach/ trainer and she is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about training and bodies, pushing and supporting us, and we are seeing results! Each of us had a different starting point in our fitness journey and she has made the appropriate individual adjustments to our training. I know I am stronger and have increased my cardio capacity, which is very motivating. Having a regular group to train with, to bitch with, so high five with is also very motivating... definitely a part of what keeps getting me there on those days I don't feel like it!

The pool is warmer than PAC genesis (as well as both of Franco's pools work) The showers are exquisite with privacy curtains and shampoo and conditioner is provided by the club . Pelican athletic aka genesis only gives foaming antibiotic BS for the members in their showers too so FRANCOS trumping them on multiple levels and it's cheaper here for the year contract also! I love this place so much and I can't wait to be back tomorrow and see what in the gift shop and go for another workout! I even worked there in college and this is a first-hand review of my experience and my feelings about how the club handles the safety of its' older members, two of whom are my parents. The fact that Franco's got my original review taken down instead of absorbing the feedback and addressing safety concerns shows they care more about their reputation than safety. I stand by my original review... I'd like to reiterate, please enter at your own risk. There are trainers and employees who are not vaxxed and working closely indoors with members in their 60s, 70s, and 80s who could be at risk because of the selfishness and irresponsibility of Franco's, it's staff, and policies. Is there a vaccine mandate in Mandeville? No. Can businesses implement one? Yes. In my opinion, to hide behind the, "no mandate" defense is lazy and puts profits before safety. We were incredibly disappointed and horrified to learn one of the trainers who works with my elderly members including my dad, had Covid and was unvaxxed. How many days do you think this trainer showed up to work as a carrier before testing positive? It's unclear and scary to think about. Of course getting Covid isn't anyone's fault... But to knowingly and willingly go to work in an indoor environment with people who are elderly and choose not to be vaccinated, all with permission of your employer, is dangerous. I don't think it's unfair or unkind to warn people of a potentially unsafe and dangerous environment. I'd like to offer a suggestion - if you are not going to require vaccinations of your staff, I'd recommend only having those trainers who are vaccinated, teach/train members 60+.

I can feel my shoulder healing on a daily basis - at least, I hope that's what all the pain is about...definitely increasing the range of motion, so I'm going to keep going...until I can't! Cable machines, leg presses, squat racks, lots and lots of things to do - I feel a little like a Labrador Retriever puppy when I'm here trying every thing they offer, but I'm gonna get it focused and get a membership once it sticks. A huge assortment of plates, dumbells, curl bars (straight and curved), and there are some really knowledgeable people walking around always willing to lend a hand or give a tip. I haven't yet had a chance to try the Black Card Spa, but I'm excited about it and am looking forward to talking more about it in the future. For the price, this is a steal, and the idea that you can walk into any Planet Fitness, anywhere, is golden.

Went in recently to upgrade to a black card so that I may frequent other locations. I knew my monthly cost would go up but felt as though I should have been grandfathered in for the annual fee. It rose from $43 to $53 for me just switching membership levels. I'm not okay with that and feel as though they are not honoring loyalty. I called to speak with manager and he didn't seem to care about it all. No worries, bet I'll cancel this membership and go to the competitors!!!!!! It's the principal for me!
