Best Way slices their pizza into squares, giving me a nostalgia vibe here. It took me back to school lunch. These slices were on the bigger side and filling. Not to mention that you can top it with your choice of seasoning. Whether it be Parmesan or red pepper flakes. The garlic knots were amazing as well. With a side of marinara for dipping could make a great appetizer or quick lunch. The service here was top notch. The guys working were very welcoming and stayed busy. Making it seem like this place was a well greased machine. They kept churning out pizzas while taking care of every single customer that walked through the door. Great pizza too, there was a little sweetness to the sauce, but the amount of cheese on a slice evened that out with the saltiness. While it wasn't a deal breaker, I decided to go pick up our food instead. They told me it would be ready if 45-55 minutes. This is where they lost 2 stars for me. I arrived at the restaurant exactly one hour from when I called and they told me my food would be ready. When I got there, the cook looked at me and said they didn't even get to my order yet, it wasn't in the oven, and it would be about a 10-15 minute wait longer. 35 minutes. 35!!!! That's how long I waited ON SITE to get my food. They offered no discount. They offered no refund. They didn't even offer me a free drink. That was incredibly pathetic and we haven't been back since.
