Excellent customer service, flexible scheduling, timely and won't hurt your pocketbook. Probably the best moving experience I've ever had. The men who showed up to move us were courteous, hard working and fast! I can't recommend them enough. read more

We have moved 11 times in 8 years. I worked harder personally on this move than any other move we have hired movers for. They estimated $1,610, including packing. Stated they would put together everything they took apart and would provide a receipt for all packing materials as they state they don't mark them up. After they unloaded, they tried to charge me $2,085, didn't put anything back together, and didn't provide the receipt for packing materials. They charge by the hour, but there are frequent smoke breaks and they include those in the time. I have 2 bent bed frames, broken stoneware, and several smashed boxes we haven't opened yet. They didn't cover the mattresses in the truck and they came out dirty. Rob (the driver) was rude and unhelpful. On a good note, their packing was quality and the packers were very friendly. Would not recommend and would not hire again. read more

I would not recommend them to any one. They left my storage units in Minocqua a total mess. $6,300 in broken items including family heirlooms. Plus a brand new 320 piece socket set was STOLEN! They over charged me by $1,700 from the original quote. They were obviously in hurry with mine so they could get to the next job. I contacted the owner to have him come back and straighten things out and reimburse me for the broken items. Rob told me to F.O. ! If you are moving my recommendation is to find a different company. read more

I received your message but for some reason I received an error when trying to reply. I hired you. I called you. There was nothing hostile here. I called them after they left and made them aware of the damages and after they were completely rude about it I was angry and of course a bit rude back via phone. The window I did not notice until I went to open it later. The window was broken by your movers because after taking it apart to take the bed out of the window, they put the window back in wrong. My house was damaged. My very expensive bed was damaged. As for my window... I never said I would fix it myself... I said I would try...I have our whole conversation in text... when I couldn't or didn't fix it you said you would come fix it as you should have because your movers broke it. I should not have to repair something your movers broke. My drywall still hasn't been repaired either nor the dings in the bed. Fact of the matter is none of these things should have happened in the first place. Harassment after leaving you a review that was very much earned is just showing further that you have poor services. I cannot reply to your messages on here if you would like to contact me please do so via text or I can take a screenshot and reply this way. Being you add to the story for example a hostile environment I need everything we discuss in some form of writing. Had there been any hostility as you said the workers should have left. I was not the only person here at the time. I am sure if you asked any of them they would agree there was not any type of hostile environment. All I asked was that you repair my window... had you, a review would never have been left. I posted this review after you did not show up to fix my window. Initial review posted in August. If you look at the screen shot of one of the texts its from May. You were very aware and had plenty of time to fix the window before I left my review. I understand accidents happen. When they do fix them and make them right. Don't not show up and expect a customer to be ok with that and send angry messages after the fact. I called you. I hired you. I called you to confirm the day. You have my phone number for the date reservation. I have attached a screenshot of your Yelp message and the text saying I would try to fix it. I should not even have to be doing all of this. Any reputable business makes things right. Not this... Edit: Dawn once again sent me a message that I cannot reply to. Please see attached Photos. Dawn I cannot reply to the messages. I paid t and t to replace the frames of my windows and HE INSTALLED BRAND NEW WINDOWS! They were not broken he did not replace the frames. I then paid another company to fix his work. So everything was fixed. I hired you. It was my stuff you moved. I did not pay you by check. You were paid on delivery. Regardless I called you. I hired you and you know this. And say for the sake of your story I didn't. You still moved stuff (my stuff) out of my house and damaged my property. My bed etc was not moved on a repo. I have paid receipts from 10 years ago. Those were mine that I gave him. That's kind of funny. The giant bean bag the 8 foot one you moved was purchased by a waiver program for my autistic son. I am not sure how anything that was fully paid for can get repossessed. My ex and I have a very good friendship. Not that I need to explain that on here. I just find the stories you're making up outrageous! I am not trying to sue you nor did I sue t and t. I put a review out there with photos supporting along with Aptive environmental. Just like I did with you. I also post many favorable reviews on Google reviews I started using Yelp when I had the need to review you. I just wanted the pins in my window replaced which costed you nothing but a few minutes of your time. I got the pins free under my window warranty. I will not remove my review. No matter how much you send me these ridiculous messages. I find it kind of sad you feel the need to take it this far. Continuing to argue and harass. Like I said before I will not talk to you by phone. Anything said to you will be in some form of text. I only reply to you on these to show people how you handle business. I know what really happened here as you were not here. You know who called to hire you as do I because that was me....You told me via text you had photos of the windows showing no damages but when I requested to see these you said you had to locate them. But, I never did see them photos. Maybe you could provide those now. I would assume you would put those in the file considering there was a damage complaint? read more

Do not let them pack your belongings. If you pack them, the guys are great moving the boxes, totes, and Rob does a great job crating and shrink wrapping to protect high dollar furniture and antique pieces. However the owner is inept at packing! Dawn brought a group of high school girls to pack our 3,000 sq ft house plus full basement! She packed a box of approximately 10, 1900's framed family pictures with NO paper or bubble, NONE! Heirloom Waterford crystal and Lenox discontinued china had one piece of paper around each item. No filler, no bubble, nothing else protecting the items inside the box and boxes only half full so the boxes collapsed. Over 10 items broken at a value of $1,000. Anyone with even basic packing training would know Dawn did an abhorrent job! We have moved 8 times with pretty much every national moving company there is, and this was the worst we have ever experienced. read more

The movers were good and fast, my problem is with dawn who gives the quotes and answers the phone and coordinate's things. She did all the mileage and gave me a quote. I was hesitant already as it was more than I wanted to pay but had to be moved. After the move the payment was 33% higher than her highest quote! When I asked they said that dawn was in charge of payments. I called dawn and she backtracked her way on every question and then asked if she could call me back. I never heard back and called 4 more times always getting a answering machine in which I left a message or another person who said they would write a message that I called. She got her money and then ghosted me on the calls. Would never do business with these people and they are a rip off with terrible customer service. Couldn't be more displeased with this company if you can call it that. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere, or regret it like I did. read more

Dawn was prompt in scheduling a time to move. Her movers were courteous and hardworking. While there was initially a miscommunication with the equipment needed, eventually, her team was able to get it right. Unfortunately, they incorrectly set up our bed frame, so we broke through it the night after moving. Bed was three years old, and we had never had any issues with it, including previous moves. After contacting her, Dawn said that she wanted to make this right and scheduled a time to meet. She never showed and didn't respond to subsequent texts or messages. After posting a review, she quickly responded, but three weeks had passed since the initial issue. read more

They were kind of weird the driver was weird and the whole thing just felt weird you know what I'm saying?

Sorry, not sure why Thomas S. was the account, but this is the correct person with the review now. Did some shopping around, they were the Best priced, and backed it up with (3) Great guys. Everybody HATES moving, but these guys took some of the pressure off. Would recommend to anyone, Easy to deal with. read more
