    I work for a major hotel chain and would never recommend this place to any hotel guest or my Airbnb…read moreguest. I have never been treated so inappropriately as I was tonight. We were a party of 6 there to watch the playoff game. We were sitting in the back and saw that the place had cleared out enough that several booths were now open, so we decided to grab a more comfortable spot where we could settle in and watch the football game. Miss Gabriela came over and told us we had to move. There were several other open tables. She explained that there were people outside in line waiting for that particular table. We did not see any line, and our awesome waiter, Richard, had already given us the okay to move. As we closed out our check with him, he said someone would be by to clean the table. Well, Gabriele was not happy that we were accommodated and never sent a waiter to take our order or clean the table. We waited 20 minutes and only after speaking to the manager were we serviced. Our waitress was awesome, very attentive, and friendly. We ordered drinks and nachos, which were just mediocre. Then the game was changed to a volleyball game. Several football fans asked about the game being changed and were told that we had to watch volleyball. Many started to close out their checks and after closing mine and going to the host's desk, Miss Gabriele snatched the parking ticket from my hand and proceeded to validate my ticket. I was beyond stunned and in total disbelief. I went to speak to the manager and he was very dismissive and as I looked over, there was Gabriele laughing and flashing a heart with her two hands my way. She was very antagonistic in manner and the manager did absolutely nothing. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner as I was at this establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

From that moment on, the staff treated us like enemies. Instead of a simple reminder of house rules, we faced outright hostility: refused service, no effort to clean our table, and 'una cara de mierda'. The absolute low point? In the middle of a critical moment in the game--on the big screen--someone deliberately changed the channel to a local volleyball tournament that no one was interested in watching. This wasn't an accident; it felt like pure spite directed at paying customers who keep the lights on and the payroll running. Don't ever forget the reason you exist. Tourists like me from California help keep businesses like this alive--not just locals. The food isn't exceptional enough to justify treating customers this way. Your current 3-star rating is well-earned based on this experience. Edit: One server in particular, Gabriela, stood out for the worst--making faces, laughing mockingly, and acting as if she owned the place. She has no business in a customer-facing role; she belongs in the back.
