I have been going to our spa since they opened and Lisa has been doing my hair since forever. I never let anyone touch my hair except Lisa. I drive from Orange County to Temecula just to get my hair done and they always accommodate me if I need anything. Not only is Giovanni an amazingly talented master hairdresser, but he is compassionate and kind. Another girl began my shampoo, I wish I knew her name because she was wonderful! BEWARE! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Been hesitant on writing this review for a while but me and my friend have to warn other women about this place. Since a few more of our friends came here with a crappy experience, so I'm speaking for us all. my friend and i tried to come to this salon a few times since we saw the owner Geo on tik tok, it seemed promising at first. But first couple times they weren't even open when we popped by, finally when it was, some apprentice seemed so lost about answering questions we had, and couldn't really give us an actual quote for things, and said the menus were on the tv but she couldn't get them on cuz the remote was missing. Also asked about another potential other stylist that could work on us snd get a quote and i guess none of those girls are even there anymore and left elsewhere, it's just the owner and the apprentices. That should've been our first red flag here since none of the other stylists with beautiful work shown on this yelp page or their social media is even here! next the pricing that this guy is trying to charge for color and highlights is absurd! This is Temecula. And the owner wants to charge $950 for color over $300 for a cut or over $225 for girls who work on doll heads in the front of the salon? Definitely do your research ladies on who touches your hair, a few women around town who came here for "free apprentice haircuts" left so sad and disappointed with botched cuts, the owner even tried to "fix" one lady's hair and left her with even shorter hair! and let me just say, u rele get what u pay for. Just cuz it's free doesn't mean it'll be good, and the owner claims certain services are free, then when your there, it's extra for a wash or this or that, the chaos that was happening around us lol just insane.Clients kept walking in, after another and the sheer panic on these poor girls faces. U can tell they are very new to this and didn't know what to do with these lady's coming in for "model services". DO NOT BE A MODEL!unless you want your hair jacked up. The environment seemed so hectic and just disorganized. The place does not seem clean and things were dusty and so so cluttered. I was offered tea or coffee but their drink area just looked dirty so i was good. Their nail department wasn't anything special either. The pricing for mani/pedi would be decent except there's no pedicure chair. And u get your toes done in a big bowl while sitting in a regular chair? Never seen that before. Doesn't seem very hygienic nor relaxing to me while you have hair and stuff flying around getting into that pedi bowl. The poor lady getting nails done did not look relaxed, Not once do u see anyone cleaning or wiping up after the next client. This place seems all over the place with no direction. Idk what part of this place is exactly relaxing. my friend still had shampoo on the back of her neck, massage was not anything special, all they did was steam her head and drop some essential oil on it. and she said the shampoo felt like the girls are just starting out and definitely need more hands on experience. I'm all for "you have to start somewhere" but to charge those outrageous prices is ridiculous considering the work his "apprentices" are producing. We felt very mislead and I'm very unsatisfied with our experience. This is in no way a "hair spa" , more like a school for cosmo students or a way to have his team work on ppl so the owner actually doesn't have to. Also if you're going to act like an "upscale salon" make sure everyone is dressed the part. Because your social media is definitely all lies. All these young kids in here look like slobs. Nobody has any sense of professional attire. Very disappointing Our hair spa, idk what this guy is trying to pull but it's all smoke and mirrors . I absolutely love Gio!!! He's been doing my hair for over a year now and let's just say my hair has come a very very long way!!! I came in with bleached fried damaged hair from a previous stylist (don't ever do your hair at their house unless they have the proper tools) and Gio right away worked with me to get long healthy hair again! My hair was very short to about my jaw line and with in the last year of taking it very slow and reconstructing my hair, it's now past my shoulders! Gio is amazing! He is very educated about his craft and knew exactly how to give my hair new life while giving me a 'lived in' look that doesn't require large amounts of maintenance. As a mother of three little ones I appreciate that! He was also teaching two apprentices and they practiced on me. They did a wonderful job as well. He was apart of every step to ensure they represented his brand. Listening to him teach them, I could see how knowledgeable he is about all the techniques used to give me natural, glowy highlights while maintaining the health of my hair.
