They had vendors, arts and crafts, music and, sandcastle lessons, and a drum circle I participated in poetry writing and painting a Roseate Spoonbill bird in water color. I stepped out of my comfort level and skill set today!! Local published poets, Naomi Shahib Nye and Jim Boone ran the group for poetry writing; Naomi read one of my poems to the crowd; they applauded and she told me to take a bow!! WOW! I was shocked I have a video of Naomi reading my poem to the crowd but video is too big to post on this forum ... also have a video of my friend playing in the drum circle Fun day!

We went in and got some amazing pictures. Then a rude person who called himself the Executive Assistant of the Director came out and basically accused us of trespassing. He treated us as if we were interlopers and made it clear that no one can come in unless they are part of an institution and we were not welcome there. We would never have come in if we weren't invited. We're an older couple and didn't deserve to be treated so rudely. We've passed the building a lot of times and now will think of this rude individual and look away in the future.

Cameron Ansari is not someone you should do business with. He represented a property owned by his…read moredaughter as a tear down and despite it being a family member owning the property, he nor the owner took the simple necessary steps to enable the buyer to demolish the room once the sale was complete... when asked why he didn't he simply said it was not his responsibility. Over two months has been wasted trying to get the gas line removed. Builder made the request to CenterPoint and they erroneously sent the invoice for a meager $300 to him and/or his family member who proceeded to ignore it. Buyer has had to get back into line to have the line removed.... This has completely delayed the project by a least three because he was too cheap, lazy, and irresponsible to do the right thing.... Why would anyone want to do business with somebody so unprofessional?

When I met Karen, I knew that she was different and the realtor for me. She was honest and friendly. The whole process was very difficult for me for lots of reasons, and Karen listened attentively to all of my needs and answered all of my questions. She really went above and beyond to help me sell the house and find a new place to live. Everything worked out perfectly thanks to Karen, much better and smoother than I could have ever imagined. I could not recommend her more highly. If I ever buy or sell a house again, she will be the first and only person I call. That's how good she is.
