Must small businesses don't have this so I was more inclined to get my scrubs done with someone who actually answered and was knowledgeable and helpful. He was super patient with me when I could get the correct logo file to him. Through several attempts he still was very prompt in answering questions timely ( less than an hour to respond each time). When I went to drop off scrub tops to embroider the price didn't change. The turnaround time was exactly what he quoted. So she agreed to redo the patches and correct the issues. She sent over a sample, I approved the sample and when I got there to pick them up the patches looked cleaner but the colors were still off. She stared she used the college she always used for that specific company. I politely said ma'am thosearen't the colors I ask for. What they normally order has nothing to do with my order. She refused to make the situation right and told me to leave because she wasn't going to do anything. I was furious.. upon reading other reviews, other customers had the same issue with their colors being incorrect and darker. That was $155 down the drain and i felt like it was just taken.
